Enjoyed our stay the pool and hot tub is open 24 hours was very nice. The breakfast was very good and plenty of tables. Our room was very nice and spacious the bed was very comfortable. The only problem is the carpet in our room had 2 big dirt spots right in the middle of the walkway. Location was perfect for our stay. We would stay here again.
Enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was clean. Would stay here again when in the area next time. Suggestion: Offer a few gluten free options at breakfast. 90% of the items contained gluten. Put a sign on the door leading to the dog walk area to remind people the door locks and there is no reentry. So, use the door stopper.
The service was great. The check-in went smoothly. They gave us a coupon booklet which we used a couple of times. Our room was great, like new. We stayed two nights and did not need maid services while we were there. We had enough towels, soap, etc. They opened the outdoor pool since someone asked it to be open and it was 90 degrees out. Being late in the season they had it shut down. They also have a nice indoor pool that is heated. We went in both of them.
Breakfast had a lot of options such as: eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, cereal, bagels, pancakes, waffles, etc. It was a great place to stay and we will be back on future trips.
Was nice, clean and the 24 spa n pool were nice features for people that stay up late. Breakfast was nice, fresh. I can't say I disliked much of anything we had a good stay and left feeling relaxed and happy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Wisconsin dells.
The room was very spacious. Pool area is very nice, hot tub was hot instead of lukewarm. Check in and out was seamless. The beds were amazing to sleep on. The breakfast was great. They have a selection of eggs, sausage, waffles, pancakes, fruits and some pastries.
Booked the hotel because I thought the indoor water park would be perfect for our 4 year old. Was nervous that the hotel would be run down or sketchy, but was surprised by how nice the hotel and overall service were. Hotel and pool were super clean. Interior and furnishings seemed new and recently remodeled. Would definitely come back again.
We loved our stay. The room was perfectly clean and so comfortable. Best beds ever! Slept so deeply. The indoor and outdoor water park of this hotel was perfect for my little kiddo. Coffee was superb!
Great hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Some things were a bit outdated like the TV and bathrooms but as a whole the hotel was very accommodating. The 24 hour hot tub and pool was great. I would defiantly book there again.
