The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave the bed! Very nice room. Not as sound proof as I like but overall I would still recommend this hotel. It also was not overly priced. Great value!
The service from the start was amazing, I was greeted as I entered the hotel, the check in was very fast and she was very sweet. The room was very clean, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, there is a small fitness center, a pool and the breakfast buffet (it was small but it had the essentials and it tasted good). Overall everything was great! I would definitely stay here or any other Wingate hotel again!
I walked into this hotel and found it to be filthy. The hotel had a terrible odor. There was a man sitting on their couch with his work boots on the table.
There were men outside hanging around the front on the hotel and I did not feel safe.
DO NOT STAY THERE. Go to the Hilton or The Ramada Inn next door.
The manager would not return my money and I had to find another hotel to stay in that was clean and safe.
We had such a great stay at the Wingate! We arrived on the night before our wedding and I felt a sore throat coming on. Jessica at the front desk was so kind and helpful with helping me find salt packets to gargle warm salt water and the next day I woke up feeling so much better! Thank you so so much Jessica!
Average hotel and needs work. The Mobility Accessible room is so disappointing. The toilet was so low and should be raised and the shower was unbelievably slippery for someone with mobility difficulties. The staff seem so unhappy and the breakfast is below average. I would not recommend this property except that it appears to look the nicest out of the other choices in the area.
Very beautiful hotel !!! Gorgeous front lobby to walk-in to, very welcoming ... Coffee and hot tea available for all right off of the front desk. They offer a small convenience area with cold drinks/snacks priced reasonably. The whole hotel smells amazing and is clean !!! Perfect small area dedicated to a gym as well as a great indoor pool. We most definitely will return very soon !!!
Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Shower took several minutes to have warm water; bathroom lights were strobing. Breakfast was sad. “Fitness room” had minimal weights. Drawer between the beds wouldn’t stay shut. Ice machine on our floor is broken.
I stayed over a weekend and staff was helpful and nice! Rooms clean. Great breakfast options. Highly recommend.
