Nice bed and very friendly staff. We were driving late and needed a place to stay. We were able to get one of their rooms at a good price. The breakfast was decent and we were politely surprised the room may not have been modern, but it was perfect for everything we needed.
Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Shower was super-hot. Breakfast was typical--simple yet sufficient. The happy hour was an unexpectedly nice treat in the evening. The hotel, overall is in good shape. It is aging a bit so time is showing itself in door fit and finish and there's mildew in tub/shower joints and shower head. I'd stay here again but it's not a 5-star place. It's a great value for a quiet night of sleep.
The staff are amazingly friendly. The breakfast and dining areas are fabulous. The breakfast options were quite diverse, especially for the price of the room! The room didn’t feel quite as updated as the main spaces, but the room was still clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
Check in was seamless, lobby was clean, beautiful. Our room was a king accessibility suite. Walk in shower with grab bars had ample space. Separate bedroom was a huge bonus since we were traveling with elderly relative who needed the lower pull out sofa in main room. Fridge, microwave in room and coffee pot if requested but we didn't need it due to breakfast available which was great. Lots of options. Would stay again!
The facility is immaculate. If you are looking for pet friendly lodging, I don’t think you will find anything better. Happy hour and the breakfast are very good. I would have given 5 stars ;but, the sausage for breakfast was not good. Also, I rarely give a 5 star review.
Stay away from this hotel! It sounds like it’s classy because of the name Wyndham, but it’s the total opposite.
The phone in our room doesn’t work at all— no dialtone or anything. We tried calling the service desk because there was only one cup in the room. Only to find that there was no dial tone. We had to walk all the way to the front because they have us at the back of the hotel To be told that none of the phones on this back hallway work at all.
We asked for another room, but we were told that they were booked to capacity. We asked to speak to the manager, but told that the manager would not be back until Monday and it is Saturday. They wouldn’t give us a discount or anything.
STOP MISREPRESENTING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT THEY’RE GOING TO GET A COMFY ROOM WITH ALL THE AMENITIES WHEN THE HOTEL IS IN SHAMBLES!
Alexia and Isaiah both lack customer service skills, could care less about the people patronizing the hotel, and clearly are just there for the paycheck. I wanna know what’s gonna happen to you two the next time you go stay in a hotel and you get treated the same way.. Karma is something!
If you can’t provide all the services, don’t even offer the room for someone to stay, Wyndham!!
Hotel was very clean. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff working the front desk were all excellent. I dealt with three different people. Each one of them was extremely polite, courteous, and helpful. All very professional. Thank you for taking care of your customers!
We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was fast and easy. They have a happy hour with free beer and wine, chips and salsa and cookies and then set out fixings for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches from 8pm to 10pm. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Valdosta.
