Very impressive with this hotel! It was clean, nice & newly remodeled. Room was spacious (we had a king bed with extra space in the entry with a chair). The bed was very comfortable, nice heating & air system, and quiet!
The front desk staff is great. They go out of their way to solve any problems you might have. It’s very clean, especially the lobby and common areas. Breakfast is nice. Guest rooms are clean and comfortable. Checkin and checkout are effortless. It is a very safe area.
I love the cleanliness and how decorated it is the moment you walk in through the entrance. I enjoyed the fitness center and there’s also a pool. Excellent customer service at the front desk by Jovan, very kind and accommodating. Room was very clean! Overall 10/10, I will be coming back soon!

Our stay At the hotel was very pleasant comfortable, clean and we so enjoyed the breakfast. My husband and I are very impressed on how well kept the hotel is and how friendly everyone is from the front desk to the cleaning ladies and the workers who are bringing the breakfast out. This was my second time staying with the Tinley Park Hotel, we have to evacuate due to the hurricane in Florida staying at this hotel gave us relief and helped us to enjoy the week regardless of what we had to come home too
My stay here was excellent. The hotel is in great condition and the staff were very friendly. The room was perfect, exactly what I needed. They offer breakfast in the morning however I left before they open that up at 6 AM. The pool looked nice and well kept up. The elevator is Otis brand which is very reliable. Their gym had the basic amenities as well. I highly recommend staying here.
This was a welcome change from the last hotel I rented. Looks great on the outside and even better inside. The lobby is bright and clean,, with a refreshing drink to greet guests. The registration was smooth and easy and the receptionist was kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small and we had a slight concern with the cleaning of the shower. I brought it too the attention of the desk and they did a deep cleaning while we were out. I’ll definitely stay at one of their hotels again.
This location for WINGATE is nice, clean, and comfortable. The desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The common spaces were coordinated and presentable. The parking was sufficient and free. They offer complimentary breakfast. This location is surrounded by eating, shopping, and entertainment options. I’ve stayed at other hotels in this area and this is a great option.
