Chose hotel for location to event attending. Was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the beds were. One of our family members was arriving by Metro. Bonus points for having a shuttle to bring him to the hotel. Breakfast was typical of hotel with eggs, sausage, waffles...All staff we encountered were very helpful, smiling and in general gave a vibe that they were happy to have you stay with them. Would stay again, beds were great.
Fine average hotel. Decent breakfast. Rooms are nicely cleaned every day. On the other hand the carpets of the corridors, walls, windows etc look very dirty. Windows are certainly not cleaned for a year if not more. The hotel needs a good renovation and a general cleaning.
The bed were very comfortable, the service great. The people at reception were polite and helpful. the free breakfast was alright. But 5 stars for the free shuttle to the metro station that takes us near the capitol for our visit. The drivers were nice and responded quickly.
The staff members were so friendly and accommodating. A special shout out about Sonia, the woman who prepares the breakfasts. She does a great job. The desk clerks were most helpful and the cleaning staff kept my room spotless. I will stay here again.
Very nice room. Comfortable bed, and everything was well laid out. Breakfast was ok. The elevators had the emergency phones screwed shut. I picked the hotel because of the pool. The website pictures look wonderful but in real life it's a small hidden pool and it was closed. I could not even lay out and enjoy the sunshine. False advertising for the pool. Will not return.
Our rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Price was great too. All the staff were very helpful and so friendly. We stayed here once before several years ago and we were so glad to see that this is still a nice place to stay. An added bonus is the metro station is do close. Will happily stay here again.
We needed a hotel because we were traveling into the area for a funeral. The hotel rates were quite high in this area with us booking in short notice, and we just wanted something clean and safe for the night. We felt we got exactly what we needed here. | Our entire group ended up with 3 rooms at this hotel. My family of 3 had a room with two queen beds.||The Pros:||The beds were seriously the most comfortable bed I had ever slept on! However, my in-laws had a King bed and theirs seemed fine but not the same comfort level as ours.||Everything was clean. ||The location felt very safe. We were across from a shopping mall with lots of nice dining options (we used one for dinner).||The continental breakfast was very good for a 3 Star Hotel. The employee working the area kept everything replenished very quickly and they were super busy. My group had waffles, bagels, bacon, eggs, cereal. There were also muffins, croissants, yogurt, coffee, etc.||The front desk staff was very nice at check in and check out. No issues. ||Cons:||The hotel is a bit worn and could use some updating. It could be seen in the little things, like the hooks for the towels in the bathroom were loose from the wall. Our tv was a bit dated. The light bults in fixtures in the hallway on our floor were a mix of warm and cool bulbs. the wood on the furniture is dinged up. ||Also, our bathroom was very small and the lighting was dark. The shower/tub, toilet, and sink are all in a very small space - but again it may vary by room because my inlaws bathroom was large and bright. ||Overall, none of these things affected my nights rest, which is ultimately what mattered to us.
Staff was very accommodating when I needed to check in early. The rooms were clean and well equipped. I will definitely return
