Best WLM Reviews

I booked this room paid online for my child. The room was dirty with sheets from previous guest on the countertop. It was apparent the room was not cleaned. My child asked the receptionist about getting the room cleaned, but was told no maid service until the next day. When asked what about where they will sleep for the night, the clerk took them to the laundry room to get their own linens. They needed sheets, towels, soap, etc. thankfully they took photos ,because the hotel denied refund and any wrong doing. I do not recommend this hotel. Horrible service and experience.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel where the staff truly made my experience memorable. (I Had a great Service From Front Desk Preethi) & From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. The front desk staff were efficient and knowledgeable, providing me with all the information I needed about the hotel amenities and local attractions.
Throughout my stay, the housekeeping team maintained a high standard of cleanliness in my room, always ensuring that I had everything I needed. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed, as I often returned to a perfectly tidied space after a day out.
Additionally, the restaurant staff were exceptional, demonstrating a high level of professionalism while also being friendly and accommodating. They were attentive without being intrusive, and their recommendations for local dishes were spot on. Overall, the hotel staff contributed significantly to a delightful stay, making me feel valued and well cared for. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable experience.
I recently had an experience with this hotel that I believe is important to share. A few months ago, I booked a room through a third-party service and had a satisfactory stay despite a few minor issues. Based on that experience, I decided to book again through the same third-party service. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel does not accept bookings from this third party, which caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my plans.
What concerned me even more was an unexpected call from the hotel’s management, during which I was accused of writing a negative review about the hotel. While I understand the value of customer feedback, I had not written any reviews prior to this interaction. The manager’s confrontational approach made me uncomfortable and left me questioning the professionalism of the establishment. Even if I had written a review, I would expect a hotel to address concerns constructively rather than in a confrontational manner.
Due to these circumstances, I requested a full refund for the booking made through the third-party service, as I was unable to stay at the hotel due to their policies and the confusion surrounding the alleged review.
I had hoped for another positive experience like my previous stay, but this recent encounter has left me disappointed. Clear and respectful communication between the hotel management and its guests is crucial, and I believe that addressing concerns in a more constructive manner could prevent issues like this in the future.
For the most recent and accurate reviews, I recommend checking out Extended Stay America.
THEY JUST CHANGED THE NAME. Used to be an Extended stay America but I guess the reviews got to bad so they changed the name lol.
This place was absolutely terrible. So bad my company of 50000+ employees black listed it from future company reservations. I stayed here for 12 days in late 2023 and have bullet pointed the MAJOR issues I came across. If you value your personal belonging money and safety [Yes SAFETY I'm a middle aged well built dude and even I didn't feel safe ] I would strongly advice against this place.
*Items stolen from my room after the first and only cleaning my room got.
*I was charged a random 100 dollar fee and lied to about it getting refunded when I checked out and when I called them back twice about it. So I was pretty much robbed by the cleaning staff and the front desk
*While I was getting lied to checking out at the front desk a fight broke out in the lobby between a staff member and some random lady that wasn't even a staying there.
* Rooms were slapped together with lights that seemed like fire hazards or didn't work at all and a very poor room layout. Like it was a run down holiday inn and they just blew out the wall between the rooms.
^ The entire Hotel smelled like bleach
*The laundry room is in the front lobby which is very weird
*TV in the front room but not in the bed room
*AC in one of the rooms barely worked
Booked a room block for my wedding here around seven months in advance. Spoke to Jasmine multiple times over the months and she was AMAZING! So sweet and always made sure we were happy and didn’t have anything to worry about. We also spoke to the GM, Ben, a few times and had the same experience. Multiple guests who booked in advance were charged when booking online and again when checking in. Guests checked in Friday and planned to stay until Sunday. Hours before the wedding on Saturday, the GM, Ben, LET HIMSELF INTO MULTIPLE ROOMS without even knocking and told my wedding guests they didn’t pay and needed to leave or he would call the cops. He stood outside of their rooms waiting for them to leave. One hour before my wedding I was on the phone trying to solve this for everyone. Ben was no help and I ended up calling jasmine who had given me her personal number. She assured me no one would be kicked out and that she would figure it out. At midnight Saturday night, the guy working front desk stated they still had not paid. I had to call guests to come down to the desk at midnight in their PJ’s to show proof of payment which they all had. I asked multiple people to make sure Ben called me ASAP to discuss what had happened and they all assured me he got the message, however, I haven’t heard from him. The one thing that went wrong with my entire wedding was this GM kicking guests out of their room and me having to deal with it an hour before the ceremony. Jasmine is a saint and easily the best thing there, but cannot makeup for the AWFUL service and treatment given by the GM
This is a great place to stay. I always recommend this hotel if any of my friends come into town. I personally have worked on the pool and the heater works amazing. Always warm for the guests. My next get away from the kids will definitely be here for a weekend.
Both rooms we booked a week in advance was dirty. Mold in the ceiling in one of them, the other room was organized poorly with an extension cord that couldn’t even reach the outlets so none of the lights worked within the room. Not to mention both beds in each rooms had dark red stains which looked like either blood or something else, and strands of hair so we know they hadn’t had their sheets changed. If we could’ve put 0 stars we would. The only plus side is that the receptionist Lexii was very welcoming and accommodating, trying to cater to our needs after we saw the condition of the rooms. “I wouldn’t feel comfortable letting even my dog stay here” - my girlfriend
Recently, I stayed at Maninstay Suites, it was a great experience. Right from the time I walked in, Preethi at the front desk made me feel just like home. Her warmth in reception and introduction about the hotel made my check-in smooth, effortless-really.
The hotel itself is cozy, with great amenities to add to the experience. Everyone working in this establishment was friendly and attentive, really making me feel special. The rooms were clean, and you could tell paying attention to detail is important here.
