Stayed here for business travel.
If you're taking your family look elsewhere for lodging.
It's still under construction so the sheet rock dust, dirt and all that is everywhere.
Think they could/ would at least empty the room trash cans before sending in new guests.
The free breakfast in their temporary room is a complete mess.
I'd hate to see these before they were newly remodeled.
They should have shut the place down during the remodel.

We are in one of the remodeled rooms - first attempt, the toilet did not flush & the water only gets lukewarm at best. There was broken plastic from the A/C , heater on the windowsill
We changed rooms. Still no hot water. The fridge automatically turns off after 2 hours.
Only one night stand & the outlet is halfway across the wall from the bed. Definitely will never stay here again
Great location to Spokane Airport. You can walk to airport if you wanted to.

They were in process of remodeling the rooms and facilities.
The hotel is being remodeled, though that did not impact our stay. The rooms are clean. Due to the check in clerk being distracted by personal issues, we were checked into one room when we should have been placed in a different room. The key cards worked for the room they checked us into. Their system thought we were in the other room, so once we were settled, two different customers were assigned the room we were in. In each instance, someone tried to enter our room. The second person would have gained entry if I hadn’t locked the bar across the top of the door. I had to call the front desk to find out what was going on and get the issue resolved. We didn’t sleep well, as every noise had us jumpy the rest of the night. I ended up propping a chair against the door and a ceramic coffee mug on top of the handle.
staff was very friendly, helpful and patient (considering airline outages) room was over priced imo. there was a band aid on the floor in the bathroom. the breakfast consisted of a waffle maker, packaged pastries, yogurt, fresh fruits, cereals and muffins. location was great next to airport.
Moments after checkin, we realized that the room’s temperature controls were not working. I alerted Vanessa (GM) of this issue by calling the front desk. She assured me that the unit thermostat was upgraded earlier in the day and a tech would repair it asap. After 30 mins of waiting, I phoned again and had to re-explain the situation again which was not top of mind as she was “busy” after working split shifts me and very tired. She had no rooms to move us to, and came to our sweet to try and resolve the issue to no avail. After this, she went back to the room where the AC tech was staying to tried “pressing buttons”, the same buttons that were not lit up. This was now midnight and my two young daughters were now in bed. For the next 30 mins, my daughters sobbed as a stranger was in our room with power tools. He explained the AC unit was defective and unable to fix it and we both went down to the front desk. Vanessa alerted me there was no rooms available and that our only option was to go to the neighbouring “Hamptons”. During the conversation from then until 1am, I watched her check in 6 other guest rooms. I was not going to wake and move hotels with my family at this time and our only resolution was to sleep with the window wide open. This location was next to the airport, so you can only imagine the horrible sleep we had with plane engines blasting all night.
We typically stay here at least once a month sometimes more and it is always top notch. The rooms are nice and spacious and all the staff have been wonderful!
Even with a very late check-in, everything was so smooth. The suite was gorgeous, very clean, and comfy. Also very quiet - even this close to the airport. Thankful for a good night's rest!
