Very clean facility and rooms. Friendly personnel. Affordable prices. Complementary breakfast and indoor pool with hot jacuzzi were perfect addition for our stay! Definitely will come back when will be travelling in New Orleans area! Recommend!
The staff was very friendly and checking in was a breeze. The room we stayed in needed some serious upgrades and a deep clean. One of the mattresses had a huge dip in it and there's was stains on the computer chair and what looked like rust marks on the light on the desk where the on/off switch is. The side of the microwave was dirty. We only had to stay one night so it wasn't terrible but we probably won't stay here again. We didn't eat the free breakfast or use the pool so I can't give any insight on that stuff.
The beds and pillows are great. I never bring my own pillow staying here. Good enough breakfast for a hotel. The pool is not heated. It should be. My request of rooms near each other was met. People are friendly and helpful. It's where we always stay when on the area. Always clean
Place was clean quiet good pillows and shower was hot enough left to early to try breakfast.
Con booked for the indoor pool so my toddler could swing after a long drive and they told us it was closed when we checked in.
We had an Amazing stay… The front desk crew was Awesome …We enjoyed everything from the indoor pool, the rooms where very comfortable and clean smells fresh. I loved how I can see my truck from the parking lot and I can see my mother relaxing on the outside bench enjoying the night air. Whitney took care of us from the beginning she made sure everything for my daughters birthday celebration was wonderful |Reggie helped us out alot anything we needed from the pool towels. Overall we enjoyed our stay for breakfast Whitney and her coworker was very pleasant and helpful when it came to the breakfast bar and making you feel at home. We will Definitely come again.|Whitney and the Front Dest crew are Awesome.
We chose this hotel for its location along our travel and proximity to restaurants.
Shame on us for not researching more but the hotel cost was much more that we expected as we saw prices of 80-100. Upon checking in which we did not do online the cost ended up being almost $150.00 plus they automatically charge an additional $30.00 for incidentals that they will issue a seperate credit for upon check out?! Wow!!
Our 1st room had a sink the was clogged so we asked to change rooms as we did not wont to deal with that mess especially for that price.
The rooms have all of the necessary item and present to be clean but their shower design is awful- be prepared to flood the bathroom floor and then walk out on the carpet and look at the bottoms of your feet - dirty!!
The employees were very friendly and did their best to assist you - but be advised you will become a Wyndham rewards member even if you told them you dont want to be one!
This property is not worth the prices charged!
This hotel is dirty and in need of a complete refresh. The rooms have holes in the walls, dirty floors and bed covers that are not only stained, but dirty. Nobody wants to sleep in a bed with covers that have makeup from the last several guests. Yuck! Not to mention, breakfast was not served on any day of my stay. I won't stay here again.
Clean room. Joining rooms have a noise factor when someone is in the adjoining room (TV, talking). Breakfast options were below other Wyndham's I have stayed in prior to this stay. Needs some attention definitely. It would be nice if this Wyndham had the evening social as others have had.
