This location is very convenient for us. The upkeep is very good quality and I am happy. It smells fresh and clean in the whole building. The beds are very comfortable. The towels and bedding is nice and clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. I will recommend it to my friends and family. We really enjoyed staying in this place. Thank you for making our time relaxing and comfortable. The only thing is the incidental fees. You pay each time you check out and check back in. We never experienced it before. Even if you book a day or two.
This was a nice hotel. The rooms were average, but very quiet. It was centrally located by a lot of places to go. If you're into Chicago dogs, it's a 5-minute drive from Portillo's. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. The gym, even though it did not have much equipment it had enough to do the job. If I ever have business in that area again I would definitely stay there.
I don’t usually leave comments, but I had to for this stay. I’ve been here for about two nights. On my first night, I checked in the evening and slept like a BABY. The bed was super comfy and the room was quiet. The curtain could be drawn to make the room dark, as needed. Breakfast was stellar, with lots of options. Throughout the day, the laundry was working excellent, and it’s only 4 dollars total for both wash and dry! The room has been quaint and quiet and the bathroom was absolutely spotless. Absolutely no bugs, no hairs, nothing of the sort at all. The room has a very cozy feel to it. Finally: love the carpet design! Caught myself staring at it while working from time to time - it’s super interesting.
Loved my stay. Worth it for sure, and it’s close to some really good food places - I got some deep dish pizza which was amazing!
Great stay ???? was quiet and close to many locations. For people that struggle with sleeping without white noise bonus feature room fan stayed on 24/7. The hotel was exceptionally clean and breakfast choices were great and food quality was as well. Highly recommend.
We were in town for son's 17th birthday. Room was exactly what we needed. Beds were comfy. Breakfast had good offerings. Front desk staff was helpful when we needed pillows and directions to different shopping areas. No complaints from us!
This a great suburban budget hotel that checks all the boxes.||It was clean, quiet, well-maintained and just off of I-90 about 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, traffic permitting.||I checked in about 1 am and after being buzzed in I was greeted by the most Zen-like man working the overnight shift at the front desk. He was a great ambassador for this place.||My bed was firm, the room was spotless and quiet.||I check out at 8 am. I didn't eat the complimentary breakfast because I can't stomach them anymore. I'd rather go get a McMuffin down the road, besides everything is complimentary if I'm a work trip.||That being said, plenty of people were eating there.
Do not stay at this hotel. Unprofessional staff, dirty rooms, overpriced. The tub/shower was dirty, towels old and very few toiletries. No garbage cans in the hallways. Breakfast was mediocre.||There are many better hotels in this neighborhood ||We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and had the worst experience with the front desk staff and the manager Mayra Hernandez.||We were treated very disrespectfully and horribly. ||The janitorial staff is not professional and was mopping the lobby and breakfast area staff while speaking on the phone using the speakerphone to her mother loudly. ||||A family member of our large party slipped and fell in the lobby because there were not adequate signs and the wet floors were a safety hazard. We were asked to fill out an incident report but never heard from the manager. There was also a rude woman at the front desk, all the staff seem to be unprofessional and not trained or skilled to do their actual job. After a week we called the manager and she still did not return our call. After calling again she was rude and condescending and did not listen to anything I had to say and proceeded to speak as if she was a recording and hung up. ||That is so rude and unprofessional.
We love this place. Room was very clean, even carpet on the floor looked like new. Staff was nise and helpful.
