Really easy check in process, before you come they will ask if you'd like to check in early or check out early for an additional fee. Don't do it. If the rooms are ready they will check you in with no problem at No Additional Cost!! The room was really roomy, mainly because instead of a sofa in the "living area" there is only a chair. The bathroom was clean Besides the last guests smearing poop on the side of the toilet paper. I saw it and threw the entire roll in the trash. I'm upset that the cleaners didn't notice this but glad that I did. The room had an old musty smell which is common in these older hotels so it didn't bother me too much as I brought air freshener and that took care of that. There is only 1 outdoor pool which looked to be under maintained but it was off season therefore that didn't bother me either. The front desk staff was really nice and accommodating. The HARRIS/WALZ tour bus was outside which was a huge surprise but only the tour bus driver was staying at this hotel which I thought was cool and a bit surprising as I thought they would have the same accommodations as the candidates. Anyhow, I'm rambling, it's a great place for quick, affordable and simple accommodations that's near everything you can think of. The view we had was really cool of the golf course and it was neat to see the airplanes flying by really closely without the noise .
Customer service was amazing. Nita & Felicia went above and beyond during our stay. Nita made sure the breakfast bar was full and made sure our nutritional needs were met. Felicia was so warm and welcoming. Overall everything and everyone was outstanding. Enjoyed out visit and will definitely be back. They did not disappoint. Room was super clean.
The location was perfect for airport proximity. The staff was fantastic and the breakfast was good.
My room was not great. The toilet was literally coming out of the floor and could be pushed back and forth on the tiles. All the tiles were cracked and the floor felt like it was rotting underneath into the entryway. Part of the wall was separating. The room just felt damp. The room did seem to be cleaned extremely well. Kudos to the cleaning staff.
I have stayed in other Wyndham Hotels and had a great experience. I'm not sure why this one was so different.
Our favorite hotel when driving I-95. It's always quiet, clean and safe. Hot breakfast, close parking. We walk to nearby restaurant. Recommend to all my friends. Air Force museum nearby is unbelievable! Big book stores nearby across the interstate.
The hotel was conveniently located near the Tanger outlet stores. It was very clean and had Dove products in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were almost too fluffy. I like having a view of the pool and lake. There were a variety of options at the breakfast buffet.
Great stay! The foyer was very welcoming and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean with no complaints. Although, we did have trouble with the key at first. The breakfast that was provided was tasty, with everything fresh and hot. I would recommend staying here. Will probably stay again if I’m ever driving by on 95 again.
Front desk person we spoke with to inform them of our VERY late arrival was as sweet as can be. No issue there. The person that greeted us was also pleasant and as helpful as they could be.
The room was *filthy*. We noted a musty odor but the south coast just had a major storm. But when we went to the beds there was obvious red lip stick on the sheets, the pillowcases were yellow, grimy to the touch, and covered in hair and one of them look like someone had wiped their mouth on it!!! So my husband went downstairs to get clean sheets and was sent back up for bedding to make ourselves-- at 1am with toddlers. That's when we noticed what looked like obvious bed bug stains on the pillows!!! Massive squished stains.
I took my 2-year-old into the bathroom to at least go potty and a cockroach crawled out of the drain, in the bathtub itself had not been cleaned and what looked like months. The shower curtain was yellow there was poop smear on the wall, and the towels look like they had been picked up off the floor and just put back up on the towel rack. I'm disgusted that I even touched them. We were given an alternate room and before even bringing my family in, soon as I open the door it smelled like an unwashed man had been living in that room for a month and never bothered to use the shower. And those pillow cases were just as dirty as the ones in the other room so we left. It is now 3:00 in the morning and we're having to wait until 10:00 a.m. to get a refund.
Staff very friendly and outstanding. Hotel is very clean. The breakfast area was very clean. The breakfast was very good I had the waffles, orange juice and coffee. Hotel room was very clean. Second time staying at this hotel. It will stay on my list.
