I have not even stayed yet but, in booking, I ended up booking the wrong dates!! A simple call and they were so helpful!! They fixed it all and did it all with just a days notice!! I will definitely recommend this to others as, most hotels I have stayed at are not as accommodating!!! Thank you to the staff !! Well worth the money!! 5 starts for the service!!! Thanks for making it easy!!! I have stayed and it was extremely clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were nice and well kept. I was extremely pleased with my stay and will stay again if I am nearby on business or if we are on vacation in the area!!
Started off real rough…
#1 - you can’t look at the room before purchasing.
As if the 33 reviews about roaches wasn’t reason. lol.
I’m a platinum member and like my upgrades as often as I can have them.
#2 - The front desk was told by management she can’t do it on her end, I asked to call the manager.
She did. I waited 10min and asked to call again.
He told me I’d have to call Wyndham and they’d do it. - it never works like that. Wyndham would call the hotel and see if they allow upgrades and the hotel has to do it on their end.
- They (hotel) couldn’t & wouldn’t.
Usually I’d just leave and get another hotel but I stayed and got the regular room.

Hotel room 308 is decent. Decent size. Clean. That’s all good n fine.
It’s the lack of quality service when asking to see a room or getting the upgrade.
An upgrade isn’t using my points.
It’s paying for a standard room and upgrading me to a better one - the suite.
I like Wingate but so many hotels and workers don’t know how to do the upgrades.
Rookie move. ~ too many hotels to stay at this one again.
I was extremely impressed with the staff and amenities. They have helped me with every request I have had. I have had a series of unfortunate events occur to me and when I arrived at the hotel. I was greeted with nothing but respect and were able to accommodate all my needs. The breakfast is amazing. And I have honestly met some great individuals working there and going above and beyond to help me with all my needs. Thank Wingate along with all your staff. May you continue to flourish with your great staff.
the linen kind of smelled. and the bathroom set up wasnt convenient. after room service left my room, there was dust all over the floor so i had to walk around with socks. also there was some confusion, they have signs posted in the rooms saying check out is at 12pm but someone knocked on my door and said check out was at 11am. luckily i was planning to leave by 11am and had everything packed.

Huge comfortable queen room for $100. The staff was super friendly and provided great service! There is a really nice cocktail lounge with food on premises. Again, excellent service and prices in the bar! The location is right off I35 and easy to get to. I would definitely stay there again!
Positive: It smells really nice when I walked in and when I entered my room. Staff is really great. And had coffee. This was the only hotel in round Rock with the best price and such a nice place. Negative: No
Alex the bartender was great!! But the AC in my room wasn’t good. I also got back to my room after the room service was in there and they left my door cracked. Did not appreciate that. But Alex is cool though!!
This property is excellent for the price point. I was amazed by the hospitality and customer service. The on premise lounge “The Reserve Bar” was a great experience . Not having to leave the property to enjoy a happy hour is the best!
