The hotel’s location and room size were satisfactory, and the price was average, which is reasonable. The beverage selection was decent, with most options readily available. It was pleasant to have pomegranate tea and orange-flavored tea as part of the offerings. However, the breakfast quality was disappointing, and the coffee, both at breakfast and in-room, was not up to standard. The amenities were lacking, with only one small bottle of shampoo and lotion for two people, and two small soaps, which were insufficient. While the bathtub was clean and in good condition, the hotel needs to focus more on customer satisfaction to enhance the overall experience.
We were on a pretty strict budget, so one gets what they pay for I guess. That is also the only reason I didn't go elsewhere. But this place was disgusting. The hall outside our room had a large, moldy looking thing on the ceiling. The bathroom had no ceiling vent, just a hole where it had been located. The room was not clean, i.e. the walls, trim work around the doors was dirty, peeling paint. There was mold/mildew inside the wall art/pictures. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. There was a lot of noise, and I think it was actually from the hotel staff. Photographs on the website were very deceiving.
I was very pleased with the appearance of the rooms. The rooms are spacious, clean and updated. The breakfast has many choices including a waffle maker , muffins, bagels, yogurt and hot and cold cereals. The only thing better would have been scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage. I will be staying here again next March on a road trip.
This motel was mediocre. Plus side - large dining room with decent breakfasts and a decent location. The rooms were a nice size. Close to a liquor store! However... Minus side - we traveled with a group of 40 and some had problems with their rooms - roaches, leaky AC with wet carpet and smell, ants, barking dog next room, no easy chair (minor problem). Hotel staff did move people to different rooms when asked.
Very nice and clean room. Bed was very soft and comfy.. If only one thing could change would be to up grade to smart tvs. Overall the stay was very peaceful. The pool are was ok..Hubby and my brother was expecting a bit bigger area and at least 10ft deep.
Toilet in the bathroom had a large rust stain, the shower curtain had mold or mildew on it. The water smelled funny, kind of like well water. Not sure if that’s a hotel problem or just how the city water smells. The staff was nice and attentive. The bed was comfortable. My TV remote only worked for the cable box, not to turn the TV on and off. The rooms are updated but some fixtures are slightly rusty and dirty
Some delay at check in waiting on attendant to return. Unusual problem with 2 TV remotes, no instructions & one malfunctioning we found out later. Replaced 1st remote with another malfunctioning remote so kind of enduring issue back & forth too many times.
Stopped here for the night on a roadtrip. By the reviews and photos it looked ok but upon walking in we should have immediately left. The front seats were tattered and waited for 15 minutes for the front desk agent. Once we finally got a room, it was disgusting. Hair was in the sheets and on the toilet, stains on the comforter and just run down with mold in the bathroom. We requested a refund and went next door to the Holiday Inn MUCH BETTER
