Just minutes from the airport, this spot is perfectly nestled near all the conveniences a busy traveler could dream of. But let me tell you, the real magic here? The staff. Their genuine customer service stole the show and deserves the spotlight of this review. They’re the real MVPs.
Now, business travelers, listen up—this place gets you. A 24-hour business center with a laser printer? Game changer. And when the workday wraps, the hot tub and sauna are there to melt the stress away. Balance is key, right?
I stayed here twice, scoring an awesome rate that included daily breakfast. Plus, there’s parking galore, so no circling like a hawk for a spot.
At the end of the day, it’s all about how well I sleep—and this place nailed it. Comfort? Check. Blissful sleep? Double check.
I might not be back in the area soon, but if I am, this hotel’s already on my radar. Big thanks to the team for making it an unforgettable stay.
Our room smelled like urine and mildew. My sister-in-law was in a wheelchair. They put her on the second floor and the elevators went out, and she had to scoot on her rear end down stairs to get to the bottom floor. They should never put someone in a wheelchair on the second third or fourth floor. They should always be on the first floor just in case in case elevators do go out like they did in this situation. The sauna was not working, the breakfast was horrible. The area they call fitness center is not a fitness center, it is a fitness cube that is the size of a playpen. There were no blankets on the bed, there were only layered sheets. I do not recommend this hotel and we will never be back to this hotel or any hotel owned by this organization!
Excellent, clean, and quiet hotel! Delicious breakfast as well! It’s close to everything you may need to get to. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and updated. Plenty of free parking.
Update 7/14/24: We checked out on 7/5/24 and I still haven’t received my $149.32 deposit back yet. ????
Update 8/6/24: I finally received $100 back but not the full $149.32 that was taken.
Positive: The hotel was great, there was a front desk guy that was horrible. He spoke to guests, myself included very disrespectfully. He was under the impression it was his hotel. He stated it to another guest. He was nasty nice. I was disappointed Negative: The front desk guy was terrible
No. 1 Robb Robb Robb, he is so awesome!!! Exceptional customer service experience with him and I loved his personality. The hotel is definitely worth the stay. I would book here when I come back. The breakfast was good with many choices. I have never ate biscuits with gravy until eating here and want more lol. I loved it here should I say more? The hot tub o my...I can go on and on
We traveled from Ga to FL for a bday weekend getaway and booked a room here. When we first checked into our room it had an awful order of pee so we had to change rooms which the 2nd room didn’t smell the cleanest either. We informed the front desk attendant that we had a service dog and she said that we wouldn’t be charged a pet fee or any extra charges. Later on that night my sister and I went out to eat for dinner and we asked the attendant at the front Robb could we do a late checkout for the following day and very rudely his response was “no we can’t accommodate you because we’re full to capacity with late checkouts, and checkout time is at 11.” So my sister and I were like ok fine. So as we were sitting at dinner I got a notification from my back for a charge placed on my account from the hotel. As we were checking out the previous day I spoke with the attendant Thelma pertaining to the charges on my account and she said that Robb had charged us a pet fee charge. Thelma was very helpful and nice and called and spoke with someone pertaining to the charge and she said that we won’t be charged. Thelma was very helpful but Robb was VERY rude and unprofessional.
Lady was rude checking use in . Told me i was not an owner when i am. Made me feel less than. Want to talk to owner to fire her. Or i am going continue to make bad reviews. She told me i would never stay there again.
The only reason I’m doing a review is because our room smelled like a hamster cage. Everything else was mediocre. Would not recommend to stay here unless for one night and last minute like we had to.
