I booked a jet tub room. The water wouldn’t get hot. A plumber tried to fix it but the water still wouldn’t hot. The hotel changed me to another room, same problem. Both rooms were very outdated. The toilet got backed up, had to get a plunger. Not last but least, the jetted tub wouldn’t even come in. Worse experience ever.
Room that sleeps 4 had a terrible sofa pull out that was slanted.. and a huge bump in the middle. Extremely uncomfortable. The remote also did not work properly. The hotel was a good location with a convenient airport shuttle, but for the price of $162 I expect a sofa bed without large bumps
Hmm… not sure what to say. The location is a 5/5. It’s literally 4 minutes by car to Universal Studios. The rooms are 1/5. The property seems to be very old and not a lot maintenance has been done recently. We had a huge cockroach in our room, that was disgusting. The water in the shower doesn’t get too hot and stays quite chilly which is quite annoying. The staff is not too friendly either. Breakfast is OK but nothing special. The price was more than low but next time we’re gonna choose another hotel. I am happy to spend more money in order to have better quality.
Excellent experience - had to catch early morning flight back to Canada ||- very clean, Climatron controlled- quiet and comfortable . Front desk experience was quick / organized.||Parking lot a little tight - fine for compact car. Breakfast setup looked great - we had to get to airport before it was open
Good place to stay near MCO airport with complimentary shuttle. Very good breakfast with reasonable variety compared to other nearby hotels. Restaurants nearby in walking distance from hotel. Beds comfortable with good shower. Would stay here again.
I stayed in this hotel twice when connecting flights. This hotel provides decent quality for the relatively low price. I was impressed with the room cleanness as this is the most important factor for me in budget hotels. No weird smells, no mold, no soiled spots, carpets very good, rooms very clean. You have decent room amenities - fridge, microwave, iron and board, coffee machine, etc. Breakfast pretty basic but ok , typical for hotels in this price range. Pool and gym are meh but hey. Front desk service friendly and helpful. Remember to call the hotel for free airport shuttle pickup and book your shuttle time to go back to the airport. Overall, I recommend without hesitation. But of course if you find another decent hotel in the neighbourhood (there are many nearby) with better reviews and same price then you may want to consider that.
Valentin the employee at the front desk was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. I had a late flight so I was trying to do some work on my computer in the lobby area that has tons of chairs. She told us that we couldn’t work in the lobby. In my 30 years of traveling, I’ve never had anyone at a hotel say that to me. I would never stay there again. They need to update the rooms as well. Rooms hold a lot of Moisture.
Rooms were clean. Hotel is close to several restaurants and strip mall. Also close to MCO & there is a shuttle but the wait for pickup can be lengthy. I give this hotel a 5 because well priced, no resort fees& free parking
