Nice hotel. Easy parking. Electricity went out at 12:30 am and did not come back on until 8:00 am. This was due to circumstances out of their control but no compensation was offered or apologies. Maybe a little more customer service response to the situation would have been nice.
Very average and would not stay again. Biggest concern was the cleanliness of the room. One of the blankets had an opaque white stain on it….. and the floor was extremely dirty, the bottom of my husband and i’s feet were black after walking around the room. There were also pube-like hairs all over the bathtub. Breakfast had extremely limited options and a few appliances were not even working at the time.
Very nice staff, great bed. Spacious rooms. Super easy stay, good location central to town. Highly recommended for a night or two. Early breakfast at 6:00 a.m. was well done, plenty of options including eggs sausages yogurt oatmeal rolls muffins bagels etc.
I assume this guy was the manager, a middle eastern man. SO VERY rude! I will never stay in this chain again because of him! My wife made my reservation, but wasn’t with me. He wouldn’t let me check in, even told me to go find another hotel if I didn’t like the rules. Thank goodness another lady took over. Called my wife and I was able to check in, should not have! The hotel was hot! In the room, hair in the bathroom sink and shower. Mold in the bathroom as well as exposed wiring, the light above the mirror. The ac in the room would not adjust down below 70. The front desk told me that was cool enough. I could go on but you get the point! Stay anywhere but this place!
I will not ever return to the property. First, the lady at the front desk was being very rude and short with the other lady who was trying to help me because even tho check in is at 3, by 3:45 my room was STILL not ready. They had to switch me to another room. I booked a 2 queen bed room. I was given 2 full beds. The bathroom light was flickering and SHOCKED my daughter! When I notified the front desk I was told they would look into it. The next morning at check out when I brought it up, the lady said only the flickering was noted. Not the fact that my 10 year old was shocked. The hot tub jets don’t work. Overall was not a good experience and NOT worth my $236 for ONE night!
Great for the price. No bugs and quite. Pool was chilli but the hot tube was great. Smoking area out side was ok, but way to many people hanging in the parking lot listening to music and drinking.
Our room needed a deep clean. The lamps all had a layer of dust as well as the surfaces. The desk store was full of crimes and a dirty napkin. And it looks like no one has swept under the cabinet in the bathroom for a good while. For the price, I was really really disappointed.
Very disappointing. The room was filthy. Looked like they only made the bed. Sheet had hair and specks on them. Nothing had been wiped down clean or vacuumed. Bathroom floor dirty needed moped and countertop needed wiped. Looked like all they did was place new towels in there. When I told front desk about room they sent someone to sweep and that's all. I was also told next time to request 4th floor because that floor gets cleaned. Wow!! Also breakfast was horrible. Got down there before 8am and they never refilled eggs and sausage. Had cereal but no milk selection and it was only half full and never refilled. All you had to eat was homemade waffles. He room was very noisy when trying to sleep. Above me they kept banging, stomping etc. It was midnight so i called front desk and obviously nothing was done cuz it lasted for 2 more hours. Sounded like someone was jumping off the bed. I've stayed here 5yrs ago and it was descent but this time was very disappointing the whole place looked like they never mop or vacuum. And the price wasn't cheap per night. You would think I was staying at 1- 2 star hotel. Very disappointing.
