Easy check-in front desk attendants were very nice. Comfortable beds and extra soft pillows. Surprised how good the breakfast was especially the sausage. The housekeeping service was good although we didn't ask to have the room cleaned, had puppies but she was kind. We would have given a five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if the water pressure was better, bathroom sink was average height(I have back issues) and all the room outlets worked. Nonetheless, the hotel was a place to stay and if ever in this area again. We will come back and stay again.
Recently stayed here for an in town wedding & let me tell you... this hotel was THE cleanest & freshest place I've stayed thus far & I've stayed in some hotels!
The fresh smell & esthetics begin at the entrance & and go all the way to the rooms, which are spacious; they have all "Dove" bathroom products; they were super clean!!
Staff was pleasant & helpful as well!
I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever this way again.

Really loved this hotel. It was clean, looks new, bathrooms were stocked with Dove products! Beds and pillows were the most comfortable we have ever laid on. Front desk reception were so sweet and helpful! 100% would recommend!
This was probably the nicest Wingate by Wyndham we have ever stayed in. The room was so nice and clean and very modern. It had a beautiful stand alone shower and it even had a little coffee bar and frig and microwave enclosed below. We ask to be close to the elevator and we were right around the corner first room. The girl at the front desk was so friendly and told was where everything was and which way to go without her even asking. ||I will say this the “breakfast bar” and that is exactly what it was, was very limited but had your basic. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again
Nothing fancy or luxe, but...The bed was really comfortable, I got some much needed rest. The room was clean and comfortable as well, The breakfast was alright, great biscuits, OK gravy. Could use a little more variety. Located right off I-24, this is a busy area, but that means lots of fast food and casual dining options, Kroger and Walmart, a laundromat and more are nearby. Unfortunately, not much within walking distance (far a 65 year old woman). But lots of conveniences off a busy route 231.||Clean, comfortable hotel at a fair price.
My father and I had a wonderful stay at this Wingate by Wyndham. The room was large, bright, clean, and comfortable. Expedia even had a special offer, which saved us $50 for the night. There are plenty of great restaurants close by, including Jim-n-Nicks BBQ. Though the choices were good for breakfast, I'm sure none of the food was healthy, as it was all processed, but that is expected for any hotel chain. They had one unique item I had never seen before ... a touch less pancake maker. Neat idea but pancakes tasted like rubber. :) Overall, I would definitely stay here again. I've pretty much been a faithful Hampton Inn client for the past several years. The little pull out night lights by the bed were a nice addition to the room. The only item they need to address is the barn sliding door for the bathroom. It doesn't completely seal, which can expose someone taking a shower to others in the room. A long gasket added to the end of the door would probably resolve this issue. (see photo) Highly recommend!
I’ve stayed in lots of properties in this area ranging from overpriced-and-underwhelming to cheap-and-frightening. I chose to try Wingate this time due to their modest pet fee. Property is very clean and smells nice. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Lots of storage and power/usb plugs. Bed was supportive and linens were crisp. Dove hair/body care items in the bathroom were appreciated. There were some missing drawer pulls and poor-quality repairs completed in our room but I’d expect this from a property that gets lots of highway traffic. The thing that makes this property exceptional is the staff. I had a personal issue that impacted my arrival date and the staff quickly rebooked me for the next night. I even received several calls to make sure my personal issue was resolved. I was arriving late and the front desk called me to make sure I would still be arriving for my reservation. The late night staff were all very funny and you could tell the 3 of them enjoy working together. As a prior 3rd shift front desk clerk at Disney’s largest hotel I know how much your coworkers matter in those overnight hours. Thanks so much for a great stop for the night. I will definitely stay again on my trips between Orlando and Chicago.
I have stayed at a lot of Wyndham properties using my rewards points. This is by far the nicest place I've stayed in. Here for 4 nights on a short get away for Thanksgiving. Rooms are fantastic, service is great. Absolutely no complaints.
