Best WLM Reviews
Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Well stocked breakfast with a variety of fresh, tasty items. Secure packaging lot, well lit and fenced in. Room was nicely heated upon arrival. Comfortable bed, but regular-type bedding did not fit the extra thick mattress; found myself directly on the mattress in the morning because the fitted sheet and mattress cover had come loose during the night. Water temp was ok, but it could have been hotter. Also, it took a very long time to heat up (almost 10 minutes). Overall, our stay was pleasant — quiet and comfortable.
Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. It looks like it was recently redone except for the bathroom and that was rough and could be improved to match the rest of the room. The neighborhood isn’t the best and we were happy we parked under a light.
Ultimately I enjoyed my stay besides the neighborhood power going out. The jacuzzi suite was very nice. There was a Bluetooth speaker and the bed was soft and cozy. I most definitely will come back again. It honestly was a nice hotel. The price of the room was reasonable.
Rooms were partially upgraded, however the separated living room the furniture was dated. The chair at desk was ripped.
The free breakfast was limited, and the eggs were powered or liquid, the waffle machine was not working.
The bed was very comfortable and the baths clean. However, on our last day we saw a couple of roaches on the walls as we were leaving, and let the front desk know.
Other than that our stay was good.
Very accommodating front desk staff. Very helpful in moving us to a different room when toilet kept running. Comfortable beds. I am not a fan of the sink being in the room outside of the bathroom. Bathroom Very small, shower tolerable. There is some local & I40 road noise but tolerable.
Thanks for accommodating us for our one night stay! Room was ready in a timely fashion; staff made sure the breakfast was plentiful; room was clean. Major plus that they are pet friendly with no additional fees!
I'm Iraq war veteran. I've had some procedures done at the VA in Memphis. My wife and I stop here after to get some rest. We extremely enjoyed this hotel. The staff were very polite and professional. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable.. it was nice to stay in a restful place. We will be back.. ????????????????????????
Room was clean and plenty of towels. Breakfast was pretty good, hopefully they get the pancake machine fixed. Only complaint I had was one of the luggage carts needed the tires replaced on it. Other guests don’t seem to realize that others also use the carts and they aren’t their personal carts to keep with them until they go elsewhere. Parking lot is lit up nicely so you can definitely see everything around so felt safe arriving very late and unloading everything.
