The water pressure here is not good at all, the shower heads are old. The front door to our room let a substantial amount of cold air into out toasty room.
It is quiet for the most part and clean. The head boards are beautiful but always covered in dust. I have had to clean them my last two stays here. The bathroom door was filthy with sticky spills there was hair attached to it. I bring Lysol wipes with me everywhere since covid so I was able to make it comfortable for my stay. Should I have to? I miss the old days.????????????
I had an overall comfortable stay. The breakfast was fine, and the room and facility was clean, with one exception. The swimming pool facility was chilly (cool water was fine but the room itself was prone to cold drafts from outdoors). Also the hot tub was out of order.
Staff was amazing! Rooms were great only wish we had daily housekeeping since we’re traveling with several children. I borrowed the vacuum and swept our room because of sprinkled donuts! Also would like it to be easier to get replacement towels when needed! Overall loved the place and will definitely be back!
The hotel is clean. Beds comfortable. Staff was Very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast could use a little more variety. Same thing every morning. That's just a suggestion not a complaint.
This was a business trip and the stay was pleasant. I would stay here again and have recommended to out staff to do so when out that direction again.
I check in on Tuesday 11/26/24 and was assigned room 414. The clerk was not quite surly, but defiantly NOT welcoming. The room was very clean and nice. The hotel was NOT anywhere close to being full. I would estimate it was about 1/2 full based on the number of cars in the lot. At about 3am on Thursday (Thanksgiving day) my room developed a ceiling leak over the bed. After calling the front desk, I was moved to a SMALLER room. The was no apology for the problem, and when checking out on Friday 11/29 I asked to see if I could be comped for 1 day ( it was a 3 night stay). I was told the Manager had to decide that (I had no problem with that policy). I left my contact information, and was told the MGR would call me after 9am. It is now a day later, and still NO CALL from the Manager, NO APOLOGY FOR THE INCIDENT, and NO PRICE ADJUSTMENT by the Manager for the smaller and less well appointed room, or for the inconvenience of having to move at 3am. I do not like or appreciate being taken for granted as a guest, I will NOT be using this hotel again
In total, a pretty good hotel. Comfortable beds. Lots of amenities (although several parts of the gym were out of order.) Pool & hot tub looked good enough. I didn't partake though. I love the guest laundry being cashless and letting you know how much time I have left. Saved me from setting an alarm or walking back and forth for unnecessary trips. Breakfast was unimpressive. I expected a little better from a more upscale hotel than my company usually puts us in. My ONLY issue is that housekeeping neglected to empty the trash. Instead, opting to stuff it in the closet. (Room 129 9/12-9/13.) Other than that, a great
The hotel wasn't anything nice, but seemingly fine as a place to crash. However, the water didn't work in my room, and the employees were completely unhelpful. The first morning I took a shower there was no hot water. The second morning, there was no water at all. The shower faucet just didn't turn on. The sink was working fine so that tells me something was broken, not just a water shut off. I went down to the front desk to let them know the water wasn't running and I couldn't shower. The woman at the front desk looks at me and just goes "Okay." No offer to call maintenance, no offer of another room, no suggestions, no apology, no refund since the room was unusable. Just "okay" and looked at me. I checked out and went elsewhere.
Easy access. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Pool and hot tub were very nice. They do have food options and drinks in house for late night snacks. Breakfast included Sausage, scrambled eggs, bagels, waffles, muffins, cereal, juice, tea, coffee and more. The best stay I have had in a hotel ever! Comfortable bed, air conditioning and a nice TV. Great place to stay!
