I was extremely impressed with this hotel for the price. The staff was SUPER friendly and my room was clean. I enjoyed my stay and this will be my "go to" when I visit my hometown. I hope they hire more staff soon, but they did very well with what they had. The only suggestion I have is to make the breakfast bar a little better. Add more fruit and cereal varieties and maybe change the menu from time to time. Otherwise an awesome stay!!! Lisa and her staff were AMAZING.
Rooms were very clean. Love the plank flooring. Bed very comfortable and firm. Temperature units in room were easily regulated |Good selection of breakfast items included in the morning. Great spot for overnight stay. |Only a mile off of the interstate.
Spotless, great breakfast, OUTSTANDING Service!!! Lisa and her team went out of their way to make our visit a wonderful experience. We travelled there to escape Milton…a stressful time! They showed empathy for our situation, and provided excellent customer service. Room was well laid out, spotless, comfortable beds. Breakfast was great! Having traveled on business for 30+ years, the scrambled eggs were as good as I’ve EVER had! You can do much worse, but NOT much better than staying here! Overall, an outstanding value. I’d stay here again!
We were escaping the hurricane and the staff at the hotel were extra helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome during a difficult time. We got the last room after a long drive. It was clean, comfortable, and large enough for myself, husband and my mom. ||Each day they were attentive to our needs, helping in any way possible. ||If passing through Macon, this is a hotel you should consider. Lisa Winborne is the manager and her staff displays the same warm quality she has.
The lady at the front desk, named Lisa, was totally awesome. She made our stay feel like home, she goes over and above her duties. The lobby is clean and comfortable, she keeps the breakfast area clean and makes sure the supply of food is kept up.
Located in a great part of Macon. Front desk was nice. The app failed to mention a $100 incidental fee. So the room was not the rate of the points I earned, it was that price plus $100 more. What if I didn’t have the extra to put on hold?? The room is/was absolutely beautiful. The front desk girl did the best she could to have a difficult conversation but I could tell… Yes girl, I could tell - it was either you have it or you don’t! The pool was warm and not too deep. The gym was even functioning. Now I do have an issue with hair on the toilet that was not mine. Did you all actually clean the room? Whose hair is this? I ask because I am bald and my hairs in my chin are curly!
It is really nice, and very clean. especially The lovely young lady desk Clerk was wonderful and went above and beyond several times . This was the least expensive hotel we've stayed at, but there was a great fainting couch and wonderful lighting and the bedside tables were fantastic, with plenty of place to put things. The handicap walk-in shower didn't flood like they usually do. There was no scent in the lobby or in our room when we arrived yesterday, but apparently they clean with it this morning and it dissipates pretty quickly. We highly recommend them!
One night stay here and it was enjoyable. Really enjoyed how spacious the room was. Nice setup and bed was comfortable. Had to adjust the air alittle but got it to work after a bit. Staff was good too. Shower worked well and plenty of towels and clean bathroom. Breakfast was just ok. Not a great selection overall and with drinks. Limited juice option and coffee had no flavors/creamers. Would def stay here again.
