Best WLM Reviews
Pretty good cheaper hotel. Nothing amazing and nothing horrible.
Beds were rather hard with soft sheets. Big fridge but only super basic amenities. Huge bulk soap/shampoo/conditioners in showers. GOOD WATER PRESSURE! (Many times my personal biggest annoyance issue)
Breakfast was very average, but a few hot food options.
Certainly no 5 star experience, but for a reasonably priced hotel with breakfast included, we will seriously consider staying here again.
Delightful staff. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast buffet.
The king bed was wonderful, but a little high for this 5’2” lady. We had a good laugh with my husband helping me get in the bed.
We really enjoyed our stay! The front desk staff were very personable and accommodating! The hotel was very clean and beautiful from the lobby to the room! The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable! I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you so much!
Stayed 1 night to move in our daughter to her dorm and we had a comfortable stay. At first I did question my booking decision after reading some of the reviews on safety and even bedbugs but we didn’t experience any of those issues. The front desk personnel were friendly, room was clean, and breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Breakfast had waffles, fresh eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereals (great for kids), yogurt, coffee, orange juice, apple juice and a couple of pastries. I would definitely stay again.
Rooms were nice and clean. Our little fridge was not working but I did not say anything because I did not need it for one night. Service was friendly and check in was easy. Overall place was nice and clean with a good location. Would recommend.

Hotel is in a great location. We have stayed here several times to come visit the college. Texas Tech is about a 5 min drive from this hotel. Have never had an issue each time we have stayed. We will definitely be back as my son now attends Texas Tech. The hot breakfast is good. Good options. Waffles, biscuits, sausage patties, gravy for biscuits and gravy, diced potatoes, scrambled eggs. Different types of cereal and muffins, coffee, orange and apple juice, yogurt. The rooms were clean each time we've stayed. Front desk is friendly.
Price was advertise at 53 dollars for a night. They quoted us a price of 85dollars. We asked about our rewards and the girl stated to wait until the other person came on shift. When he came on shift he stated it was too late for us to get our rewards. Notice they have a sign in the check in counter saying how great they are providing rewards. Also the refrigerator in our room. No we did not report it it after having spent nearly two hours trying to get our rewards. Hotels need to be regulated so that the prices they post and the rewards they offer must be provided.
