Staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. Room was great! Very clean with all the amendities. Breakfast standard - hot and fresh. Loved the washer and dryer as an extra perk. The tub had a rubber and safety bar which was great for my older mother.
Great hotel, rooms have kitchens in them. There is not a lot of silverware and plates so keep that in mind if you plan to cook your own meals here. When we arrived the grills were empty on propane and in rough shape and the hotel went out of their way to get propane and a new grill for us to cook on. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Next time i stay in Colorado it will be here.

Check in time for reservations is 3pm. My plane landed at 7am and I was hot and exhausted. They were able to get me an early check in around 11am and I was so grateful for the accommodation. My room was clean and the air conditioner felt great during those extra hot days. The staff were always friendly and helpful and polite to the few guests that visited me at my room. We got to enjoy the pool area, although it'd kind if small.
This hotel was great, especially Dean at the front desk who was extremely welcoming, accommodating and kind. While each employee I encountered there greeted me with a warm smile and asked if there was anything I needed, Dean was particularly good at making these two girls' trip travelers feel very safe and protected under his watch. Every hotel should have a Dean at the front desk! The room was very clean, the breakfast was ok/not bad (hard boiled eggs would be a nice addition) and the location was good. Many sincere thanks to Dean!!
Beautiful, clean, friendly Hotel. Staff is very attentive. The breakfast is fresh with a nice variety. Location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Area is very quiet. We had our key fob go out and could not start the car. The front desk arranged for maintenance to provide some tools and helped my husband check the battery and do a restart on the electronics. Ended up calling 970 locksmith to reprogram another key fob. They were excellent and reasonable also. Will definitely stay here again when in Loveland!
For as new as the hotel was, it should have been much cleaner than it was. It had a bad smell. The rooms were not very clean, they had broken issues with things in the room wiring that was a fire hazard, and the breakfast sausages were really gross. The one positive thing was there was plenty of hot water.
I stayed over Thanksgiving week while visiting family. The hotel surpassed my expectations. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and informative. The grounds were great for walking my dog.
Hotel and room were very good. We've stayed here before when visiting family. Location is very convenient and staff is always friendly. I recommend this hotel, especially if traveling with pets. Great and close to Estes Park and many ammemities nearby.
