We had a thoroughly comfortable experience at this hotel. It is clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable. Pillows were nice and plentiful. The breakfast was good, with an ample selection. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Best of all…it was very quiet.
Amanda was the best! So helpful throughout our stay. Every single employee I came in contact with was so supportive and helpful! The rooms were spotless! And the beds were so comfortable! We stayed nights and we will stay again! Thank you to ALL who helped us!
The facility itself is nice and clean . Problem is they say they do 24 house cleaning and every single night on our 5 night stay we get woke up by house cleaning above us vacuuming at 11:30 pm at night!!!! Why would they do this when you have other customers sleeping at this hour!!! This is ridiculous! I am going to be coming every 3 months to Longview and will be staying at the hotel next store due to just that! You try complain to manager and they don’t care!!! I paid good money to stay here to be able to sleep!!!
We came in early evening giving us time to look around. The check-in went smoothly. People are very friendly. The room was clean, but it had some cracks but nothing terrible. I think they are remodeling some parts. The breakfast was good. It is a good location to stay. Git a chance to tour the town. I'm very happy with our stsy. Has a good night stay.
Very nice property tucked away from the main road. Close to several good restaurants. The pool area was very nice with a comfortable attached patio. The breakfast is great with many options.
This hotel is very clean and the complimentary breakfast in the morning hits the spot. The hotel manager does a great job running it and making it a hospitable place to stay.
Positive: Excellent breakfast. Very nice room. Negative: It is hard to locate the first time. It is behind a lot of other stuff and the sign was not illuminated.
Friendly staff, but that doesn't make up for:
* Stains on multiple blankets
* Stains on towels
* An abandoned car in the parking lot (!!!)
* Awful breakfast (burned sausage, one hard-as-rock biscuit, stale bagels, other stale baked goods)
At least we felt safe and didn't experience any noise while we slept.
Maybe they're totally understaffed.
