I had the pleasure of staying at this location thanks to a caring and compassionate partnership between St. Rita's and Wyndham. I was truly blessed during my stay at the Wingate. I was visiting a relative in the ICU at St. Rita's and I needed a place to rest and decompress for few hours before heading back to the hospital. The entire hotel staff was so kind and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean and very nice, the bed and pillows were exceptionally nice. Exactly what I look for in accommodations, like sleeping on a cloud.
I want to thank the Wingate and St. Rita's for what they do, a truly compassionate, humanitarian deed that has changed my life, and I am sure many others. God bless????????and thank you!
As a person the managed a housekeeping department on known hotel brand chain I can say that the cleanliness of the room where I stayed was upstanding, neutral smell, well maintained, linen fresh and clean, bed well made, the king size bed room really spacious. Really impressed. The young lady that help me during the check in process was really helpful, kind and with a smile on her face. Really nice experience.
I'll come this next coming Monday . Thank you for such an amazing experience.
We found 2 sandwiche wrappers and a pair of bikini underwear behind a corner chair. Everything else was clean. One point is if you have arthritis in major joints the beds are not for you. They are great mattresses, but firm. I just can’t sleep in that firm of mattress. Other than that it was great.
The bed was firm yet soft. Room was clean and tidy. Staff quickly brought us toothpaste we had forgotten. Full breakfast was plentiful. A good start fora new day.
The accommodation was very good. The breakfast selections were plenty. The cleanliness of the whole place was great .all of the staff I dealt with were very pleasant. The location was great. It is attached to a convention center. Almost stayed one extra night to see the Wheel of Fortune.
I enjoyed my stay with Wingate Wyndham the room was very clean, the bathroom was ginormous and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was the perfect location, I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel. Kudos ????
I was in town for a funeral and.when we arrived the woman at the front desk could not have been less welcoming. It took her ages to even acknowledge us as we stood in front of her waiting, and once she did, it wasn't much better as we could barely hear her and she wouldn't even look at us. Additional family in town for the funeral had a similar experience at the front desk with the same individual.
The hotel rooms were typical size/etc, but the bathroom could have used a good cleaning and one of the beds top layer blanket was dirty. The carpet was very dirty. Also, the TV didn't work and the stations kept going in and out saying "no signal". Not the best experience.
I will say the housekeeping staff was very friendly and greeted everyone.
Stopped in for one night, and the room was amazing. Beds were very comfortable, and the shower/water pressure was great. Very friendly staff! Coffee and breakfast had good options. Would definitely stay again on way through OH. Great service!
