The room was clean and nice, the only complaint is that the bathtub leaked. The faucet was loudly dripping all night. Location is decent. We were close to what we came for and close to the interstate. The breakfast was disappointing. No hot waffles. Eggs seemed powder made and the sausage was still frozen in the middle. They did keep it well supplied during the busy times but again the sausage was not warmed through. The online check in and check out was a nice feature but they still came and entered the room around 10 am when we entered our checkout time for 11. Staff were all friendly and courteous.
We had the 1 king bedroom and it was big and spacious. Enough room to throw down a pack n play and move about no problem. Only thing that made it 4 stars is that breakfast was a bust- need more options for the area that they have down there as other people mentioned. Other than that I def would/will stay here again during travels
The room was quiet and the pillows and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. Tv screen was like looking through a screen and there was so much chemicals in the jacuzzi that we showered directly after getting out. Staff at front desk did t know if back door locked at night.
We were traveling through the area and needed a room for the night. We checked out the reviews for this hotel and decided to give it a try. It's the best value for the price! The rooms are very clean and big. Staff is friendly and continental breakfast is provided. We highly recommend!
Updated hotel, quiet, clean room, nice bed, hot water with good pressure what else do you need! The pool and fitness center were clean and maintained as well.
Location was most important to me since it was only 7 minutes away from my daughter’s college and 10 minutes away from other attractions. Very friendly housekeeping and front desk staff. The rooms are older and in need of some updates but clean. At the time of my visit, the indoor pool was not appealing as the water had a greenish tint. There was a sign saying it was safe to swim and the filter had just been repaired. Breakfast is included and Ruby Tuesday’s restaurant is within walking distance (short walk across the parking lot). Overall, not a bad stay for the price.
Room was clean, which was my number one concern. It was quite and we slept good. We stayed briefly, so didn't have much of an experience. The pool could have looked cleaner, hot tub was not hot. Right off interstate and was quick and easy to get into town
The pool was green and nasty. The water looked slimy and their was green algae all over bottom of pool.The room was clean and comfortable. I chose this hotel because it had indoor pool to help entertain kids. The pool wasn't heated as advertised and the filters weren't turned on. I asked front desk if he was aware of the pool condition and he said he was and said pool is still open.
