Place is older and signs of wear - new carpeting is needed, some cracked tile in the bathroom. However, very clean!! Awesome staff (Beth at the front desk and Adela cleaning staff, just to name a few). Great location, right off the highway but quiet and safe. Nice breakfast and again, clean. Would recommend and would stay again, great for price range.
Everything was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, even had a couch. We didn't even realize until we arrived that there was breakfast in the morning, a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub and workout room! The staff on duty when we arrived at night and also in the morning were both wonderful. I don't know any other hotel that you can get all that for the price.
Stopped for one quick getaway. Hotel and room are very clean too. staff super friendly. I felt comfortable staying here. Kind of off the highway lot of trucks so be careful. Very close to restaurants and Hollywood casino. Swimming pool and hot tub were perfect temperature and we were lucky to get the area to ourselves for both days which was a plus. Breakfast consisted of sausage egg waffle bagels bread boiled egg instant oatmeal toast juices. They didn't have any danishes or muffins. Only chocolate donut that tasted horrible and I wanted plain cream cheese with bagel but they only had strawberry cream cheese so I just skipped it. The coffee was very delicious. I wish I had a thermos with me to fill up. Nice hotel will definitely stay here again 5 stars!
Our family book seven rooms for a family event. The check-in process was fine, the two gentleman that helped us were nice and friendly.
The rooms were clean, however, some did smell. Ours smelled like a wet rag or a wet dog, we think it was the air freshener they placed in the air conditioner. One of the rooms smelled like cigarettes and they were able to move one of our guests to another room. Breakfast was typical and decent. Waffles, pancakes, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit. Etc. Can't speak about the pool, we didn't go swimming. Checking out was different. Beth, who was working at the front desk this morning was not pleasant. She was not friendly, and her tone of voice was very sharp. We asked for receipts for each room. She seemed annoyed and said she wasn't supposed to print it unless it was for the person who stayed in that room. I told her that we paid for all 7 rooms, so we would like to see the total. As we gave the names for the primary guest listed in each room, she argued about how one of the guests came early in the morning to hand the key. The person who stayed in that room told her they didn't leave the key like she mentioned, but she continued to argue with my mom. We ended up just leaving because it was escalating. She has bad customer service and should not be in the front desk.
My room was nice and clean, and I had no problems getting checked in or out. I was to busy working to get a chance to use anything they offered, and left to early to try the breakfast, but it was a nice hotel.
The rooms looked great at first , we shared a double bedroom and there was sludge on the wall from a previous guest wich was kinda gross but we over looked that. We left for about an hour and then came back to a bunch and bunch of ants in the bathroom . The positive was the night desk guy scotty he went above and beyond for us and switched us into a new room. Very polite and friendly and even offered to carry our bags to the new room. The beds were very comfortable and the noise was minimal for a good night's sleep.
Positive: Location Negative: VERY unprofessional staff. Not helpful. Guy stayed on phone call for 10 minutes while we waited to check in. Musty smell in room. Bees in our room. A staff member knocked on our door an hr before checkout to ask when we would be leaving with no shoes on.
Very friendly and helpful staff. My husband and I stayed in your hotel, we were hear for a funeral of a family member and even though we were hear for a difficult reason we were treated with kindness when you travel a long distance and everyday was a long and exhausting day to walk in and to be met with a smiling face makes things just a little better. Thank you very much.
