I love this hotel. There is a sense of family here. It might not be the fanciest or most updated hotel, but you definitely feel taken care of. The floors in the rooms are hardwood and very clean, the beds are very comfy and clean. You can tell the atmosphere among the workers is good here; they work hard, they work well together, and they have pride in what they do. For the price, this hotel supplies a lot, from their bountiful breakfast with lots of variety, to their pool and Jacuzzi that are great for young families. Our shower door kept opening during showering, which might be good to fix, but for all the reasons above, I am definitely planning to come back here whenever I'm in the area!
The hotel has been somewhat renovated, but don’t expect a 5 star hotel. There is some airplane and road noise, but not overly annoying. The front desk staff was super helpful when we checked in. We did the park and fly, so we left our vehicle there for 2 weeks. I was worried but they assured me the parking lot is patrolled and gave me directions for pick up from the airport. When I called the number when we returned, the staff person was extremely rude. However, both times we took their shuttle, the drivers were extremely friendly. It took approximately 25 minutes to be picked up after we called upon our return. We traveled with a toddler and, while it might seem odd, we were happy the shower was big enough to put the pack n play in so we didn’t have to all go to bed at 7 pm. They also offered grab and go breakfast at 5 am and accommodated us with Bluey rather than the news. We would do the park and fly here again. For an additional $45, you can’t beat the price over airport parking.
It was a bed to sleep in after my flight got canceled that was paid for by the airline, so that’s great, but the rooms are very gross. There were a lot of stains on the sheets in the bed, as well as stains and hair on the towels. The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week, dirt and hair all over. I didn’t even take a shower because I was so grossed out. Don’t look too closely at the floor or really any surface, it’s dirty. The bare minimum is being done by their cleaners. But, the staff is nice and the shuttle driver to and from the airport was nice and helpful. If you’re a germaphobe like me, good luck, you’ll survive, but it won’t be fun.
The hotel is very clean. It's located close to the airport. I stayed here for 2 days on business. The desk clerk was super nice and very helpful. Got to my room LOVED THE SHOWER. The only think I can say is they need to update their furniture. Other than the shower and the bed was really comfortable is that the other furniture was really worn and outdated. But everything was functional and clean it's just seen better days. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this hotel!!
Room and shower filthy. Couldn't use shower due to hair everywhere. Some substance all over side of bed. Pillows are couch sized. Very small. Would not recommend. Definitely cleaner places for less. Was charged for late checkout after leaving before the regular check out time.
Clean, polite staff, and comfortable bed. The water was hot. You could occasionally hear a train, but it wasn’t crazy loud and didn’t wake me up. I was pleasantly surprised by the value compared with the regular chains. I would stay here again.
Stayed with our FFA group! They were very helpful setting up everything and handling the chaos of a hotel full of kids well!! The rooms could have been a little more clean for my liking but overall good.
We were in town for a concert and stayed at this hotel - we were charged $250 for 1 night.
When we checked in there were filthy handprints on the walls, doors and thermostat that were a reddish brown color, as well as some other colored handprints on the curtains. The shower was also filthy and had grime all over the floor and corners. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. This was all extremely visible and should have easily spotted by ANYONE cleaning the room. I got a text at check in asking if we needed anything and asked if someone could come down to clean the room - nobody ever replied. Finally after our even we went down and asked someone to clean our room and were met with a bad attitude about it. A little while later my friend was walking across the room and heard a loud crunch under her foot - it was a roach ????
We went to tell the front desk and they were not the least apologetic. We ended up leaving at 1:30 am to drive several hours back home because all of the hotels in the area were sold out and we didn’t want to sleep in this filthy room. There is no way this room is worth even half of what we were charged.
