We stayed here to visit Zion National Park. Here's what we liked based on each category:
Location to Zion: the drive to Zion was about 25-30 minutes to the entry gate. The drive is beautiful so we didn't mind it.
Location to other things: there are so many restaurants, stores, and even movie theater around. The location is great and Walmart is just down the street.
Rooms: room was clean, bathroom was clean, and size was adequate for 4 people.
Service: from the moment we walked in the service was top. We were offered freshly baked cookies when we checked in and the complimentary breakfast was hot and plenty.
Other places we visited while staying in Hurricane:

- Grand Canyon
- Cedar City
- St. George
Great property, excellent service. And great value. |We picked this hotel because we were spending a few days at Zion NP, and everything in Springdale was full. However, we may stay here instead next trip. The property is new and is kept spotless. The staff is fabulous, housekeeping for rooms is still daily (!) here, and we got a great rate. The breakfast really good for an economy hotel.
Front desk service was very friendly and accommodating. Room was in general pretty good and overall clean.
But we did have a couple of issues. For one our upstairs neighbor took a shower at 6am, which lead to loud banging in the pipes, like someone hitting a hammer in our room. Even wax earplugs couldn't mute the noise.
In addition, our a/c also made a clacking sound all night, since there was some internal part that was broken.
Lastly, the room service started very loudly rummaging around in the storage room next to our room at 7:30am. So, overall a rather 'mixed' experience.
Beyond amazing customer service. Super friendly staff from the front desk to housekeeping. Rooms are comfortable, clean. Beds are comfortable. Outdoor hot tub pool and lounge area. Fun, nice shallow shelf for youngins. Ask front desk for towels. Definitely will stay here again.
Great value for a very nice hotel, close to the beautiful Zion national park.
Rooms are big, clean and equipped with the basic necessities. Staff is generous and welcoming. Offered a nice little breakfast while we were there. They stored our luggage while we were hiking and even allowed us to come in and shower when we picked it up.

Nice property. Enjoyed the stay. On vacation with the wife on our national parks visit. Thoroughly enjoyed Bryce Canyon more so than Zion National Park. The Hotel was great and welcoming. Nice beds and very clean. The staff was very accommodating.
I've been on a road trip for the last week, and this has been hands down the best hotel I've stayed in. And that's including a nice hotel on the strip in Vegas.
It's so clean. The beds are comfortable. The showers are good. Great location with food choices nearby. Awesome staff.
The room we were given initially seemed to be having problems with the air conditioning. The room wasn't cooling off. Daniel at the front desk was amazing. He got us relocated quickly and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok once we were moved.
Seriously, A+ hotel. I'd stay here again any time.
We stayed here when visiting Zion National Park. It was a easy drive into the park from the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. The linens were soft and the mattress was comfortable. I especially liked the free breakfast bar, there were so many good choices. Everyone we encountered, from the front desk to the cleaning staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and refer friends.
