The room, breakfast and rates were good.
However they need ti work in customer service here!
5-6 days here key to room would not work and had to be rekeyed. Told it was because of cell phone when key was nowhere near it.
Had 4 guests in room and only given 2-3 sets of towels daily, even after requesting day after day. These things got annoying quick and made me not want to come back.
When I was in the process of booking this hotel they were mixed reviews but I booked it and did it by faith. When I got there it didn't seem so bad that first night but that following morning I have found a bed bug and while they did reimburse me for that one night and move me to another room it just felt very uneased after that. The staff was pretty nice and very effective with giving me a refund and moving me to another room. But it can't use a lot of work. I was told we'll be open but it wasn't open and it's not going to be open until the end of February. What I stay again no and that's only because of what I found the first night there were cracks in the windows and the bathroom looked a little mildewed. The breakfast is very vague they only serve grits, eggs, sausage, tater tots. And then they have waffles and coffee and cereal and other basic things but it's the same thing everyday
Wingate by Wyndham is always remain the best clean and affordable hotels brand in the industry. The customer service front desk is exceptional, friendly and helpful. This hotel brand is always my first choice when I am selecting hotel for my stay. I love everything about the space, care and the healthy environment this hotel create. The feeling is always as if I am home. Thank you all.

This is a great overnight stop- close handy to the airport. Beds are comfortable, shower is good, and given its location is actually pretty quiet too. Breakfast is basic, but included in room cost and shuttle back to the airport is free. Only down fall is the area is pretty dodgy and as a woman on my own didnt really feel safe walking anywhere to get food.
My first room had roaches(NOT WATERBUGS)but the front desk was amazing and moved me to another room that we bug free my key had to get changed almost very other day because it kept demagnetizing but they fixed it fast. The location is great if you like being out the way like 25 mins from downtown but definitely a SAFE area it’s right off the highway (the road the hotel is on is horrible it has a lot of deep potholes so DRIVE CAREFUL) breakfast was also good everyday and the gym and pool was amazing I will be booking again
At check in we were lied about the pool being open, which was a major bummer for my family, and I and the man at the desk did give me attitude, but other than that housekeeper Valentina was an awesome help supplying us with an extra towel for my family of three also assisting us with our TV and getting maintenance involved. Best hospitality maintenance guy was a great help fixing our TV.
The hotel manager , Iqbal, was very polite and sincere. I certainly needed a room badly and he accommodated me. It is good to know that in these times of chaos, selfishness, and greed, God can still use people with integrity who care for their company and the customer. High five to Iqbal for being a change maker. Also the room was exceptionally spacious.

I enjoyed my 1 night stay here at Wingate by Wyndham Houston Bush Intercontinental Airport. It started with the very pleasant hotel shuttle driver and the great service from the front desk, Rachelle.
The room was clean and very comfortable, the breakfast was good and the kitchen staff were very friendly. I enjoyed my view of the planes taking off from the airport. Even though the hotel is near the airport you don’t hear the planes.
I gave my overall rating a 4 because nothing is in walking distance you’ll need some form of transportation if staying here. The bathroom door was extremely squeaky but other than that my stay was good.
