Literally across the road from airport with a convenient shuttle. Breakfast starts at 6. Room was fresh and clean, with microwave and fridge, and Dove products in the bath. I just stayed before an early flight but I should've planned better and brought my swimsuit to enjoy the pool! TV didn't connect so I was switched to another room without hesitation.
Location to the airport is great. Room was warm and clean. Service was good. My only complaint had nothing to do with the actual hotel. My neighbor across the hall was in and out of his room every few minutes, slamming doors which was especially distracting as I was trying to study for my state licensing exam. Went on into the early hours of the morning and started back about 6 am. Other than that was a great stay!
Staying here on during a holiday is questionable. Constant noise because it's near the airport with people coming and going. Staff at the front desk at check in, didn't activate our key for our entire stay, only for a night. Several others had the same key issue. Garbage piled up in the ice machine room for several days, but there by housekeeping no less. Food is standard, but if you are not there by 8:30 am, do not expect a great selection or silverware.
Housekeeping did the bare minimum for the rooms and ignored the bathroom completely.
Easy check in. Office crew afternoon and morning helpful and friendly. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Eggs sausage biscuits and gravy. All very good. Friendly staff in dining area. 3 rd time staying there and will stay again.
It was super convenient, nice, and clean! We flew in late to the airport and needed somewhere to stay the night before returning home. It was located 3 minutes from the airport. We had no issues and would stay there again. The bed was comfy and they provided dove soap on the bathroom.
Front desk customer service was not friendly.during our stay, not welcoming. Made you felt like you were intruding :( Property was in safe area but please still lock the doors. Cleaning crew would sometimes try to enter the rooms unannounced to retrieve towels and sheets every 3 days(to conserve water) A little scary when surprised. Not many places to stay community with water in the middle of recovery from Hurricane Helene.
Not any venues nearby to walk to but a couple of restaurants, Longhorn, McDonald’s, Popeye’s, etc.
Across the street from Asheville airport and interstate, some times noisy. Rooms spacious, clean but dated. Not a variety of channels on television.
Free breakfast was not good. I was disappointed. Breakfast display was clean but quality of food offered was terrible. Food and drink options at front desk was limited and pricey considering no store was in close proximity to purchase items.
In the end, I wouldn’t stay here ever again :(
We checked-in the day prior to an early flight. The front desk staff was professional and helpful going so far as to arrange a 4:45AM shuttle pick up for us. We were concerned as not all shuttles start that early, but it was right on time. The hotel and our room were clean and comfortable. The location is great as the airport is less than 3 minutes away. Don't hesitate to stay here!
I am blown away at Elisa level of customer service. We were providing security for the hospital across the street. The hurricane made it a challenge for us to find a place that was close. She went way and above the call of duty and helped my team feel at home during a tragic situation. We are truly grateful and she needs to be praised for her amazing work along with the whole team that worked so hard with difficult circumstances to make everyone feel relaxed and at home.
