The room was very clean and well appointed. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows. There was lots of soap, shampoo and lotion available to use. There were containers of all of these on the wall of shower. So easy to use. There was ample wash clothes and towels as well. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding.
Very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff that made checking in quick and easy
Rooms were clean and spacious. I specially enjoyed the toilet tree items because they were Dove products. The bed was comfortable. The room included a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The closet was spacious as well.
The breakfast was great as well! Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Absolutely the best hotel we have stayed at! Hotel lobby, breakfast area and rooms were immaculate. Maids came daily (during our extended stay) to clean room, change bed linens and clean towels. All staff were exceptional to work with. The manager, (Patrick) went above and beyond to give us the best rate he possibly could.
Tabitha and Patrick were the evening desk clerks the night of our visit. They were very nice, polite, and accommodating. The rooms were clean. And all amenities available. Good breakfast. House keeping employees were hard working, polite, and
accommodating as well. I'll stay again.
We're not picky other than wanting a clean comfortable room and decent breakfast. Check and check. Rooms were a little bit humid but otherwise fine. They encourage reusing our towels for a multi day stay - fair enough - but the rooms didn't have enough towel racks to let them dry on. Minor issue but are you green or "green?". Overall it's a fine place to stay.
Great place to stay! Was clean, quiet and had a great breakfast included! It was close to everything! The staff was pleasant & attentive to anything we needed. The pool was great! The water was warm, but refreshing & the area was clean. Thought there would be tons of kids playing there & thought it would be really crowded, but it was quiet & pleasant as well. Highly recommend!
We have been in Fargo for an extended period due to a family emergency. So this has been our home away from home for about three weeks and counting. And let me tell you. Patrick and his staff have been nothing less than amazing they have been taking great care of us and we sure appreciate it. The rooms are clean the bathrooms are clean the beds are comfortable. So this will now be our main stay when we are in the Fargo area. Thank you to Patrick and the amazing staff we appreciate everything. Ps breakfast is pretty good also
Definitely a dated building with a couple little maintenance needs and quirks but we had a really nice stay. Clean room, clean and comfortable bed, clean shower- my big 3 were met and exceeded. For being close to the freeway, on a sold out night, even in a corner room next to stairs, it was pretty quiet and I was impressed! The hotel was full of high school aged boys (world champ wrestling I believe?), groups of them visiting the pool and hanging out at the tables in the breakfast area late at night- still fairly quiet. It was clear hotel staff and the adults for these kids had it under control.
Side shout out to those groups, incredibly respectful young men! As a weary traveler- thank you!!????
Every single staff member we encountered was so friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. We skipped breakfast but it sure smelled good! For going into this skeptical of how much sleep we'd get, 10/10 happy traveler here.
