Hotel was fine overall, but they updated the guestroom and NOT the bathroom. Bathroom had peeling toilet seat, kind of sharp to sit on. Check to make sure your bathroom is in good order when you get to your room. It was clean, and the towels were actually fluffy which was very nice.
Place was gross. When we first checked in the bedding was covered in stains and bathroom wasn't very clean either. When I brought it up to the manager he literally just handed me a blanket. We ended up getting a different room after discovering more stains in the first, and the bathroom in the next room was pretty gross as well. Do yourself a solid and stay somewhere else.
Wish i had nice things to say about this hotel but unfortunately not. Was just trying to have a nice out of state birthday trip and instead lost out on 200 dollars. We were able to book the hotel without ANY warning then come to find out we are not allowed in due to being under 21. Which they did not tell us when we booked. Asked for a refund they didnt give us one. Requested at least a partial refund we were denied that too. Asked if they could at least make an exception considering we are 20. They said no. So just a heads up.
This hotel is an absolute joke when it comes to customer service. My wife and I were booked this room, as we were in town to watch the Eagles play the Bengals on October 27th. Our key cards to enter our room rarely worked, we were originally given two when we checked in and so far have 5 cards and have had to be let in our room over 10 times. When issue was brought up to staff on duty, we were met with questions like "did you try it multiple times" and "are you sure the card was facing the right way". Instead of fixing the issue with not being able to enter the room we paid for, we were only told "we'll let management know". Overall the room was nice, but we weren't able to enjoy it without fighting the staff to let us in, every time. I would rather sleep in my car than stay in this hotel, as at least I would know my key would work every time. Overall, the hotel is nice, but customer service would be better if ran by 5 year olds.
From start to finish our one night stay was wonderful! Jayden the manager went out out of his way to troubleshoot the issue of our 5th wheel in the parking lot which was not big rig friendly. Sam at reception was also very motivated to do what he could to help us. Service like this was greatly appreciated. Our 3rd floor room was spacious, well equipped and had a comfy bed! It was updated in style and clean. Breakie had both hot and cold choices buffet style. Although not a luxury hotel by any means it was excellent accomodation at an affordable price. We would definitely stay here again!
Booked a room for Nov 2. Throughout the entire booking process, i was never told i had to be 21 to check in, and they knew i was under 21 because i entered my birthday, however they still let me pay for it and waste $200. after i realized i couldn’t check in, which was a day before we were supposed to check in, i attempted to get a full refund, and i was even fine to get a partial refund, however they said “there is nothing they can do” and were quite rude about it when they quite literally scammed me out of $200. if you’re looking for a great place to stay in erlanger with good service, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! zero stars.
We were in town for a Thursday night preseason Bengals football game. I give this place a 10 out of 10!!!! Customer service was OUTSTANDING from the moment we checked in, to the breakfast lady attendant in the dining room, to check out. We got the king suite. The room was so nice. One of the best hotel stays ever. I only gave it 4 stars for the location to no fault of this hotel. There was just a lot of construction going on but other than that BOOK THIS HOTEL FOR THE WIN!!!
I can't rate the rooms and location just yet but I haven't even arrived yet and I am beyond irritated with the hotel staff answering the phones at this facility! They charged my card before I arrived, which is not common practice from any other hotel I've ever stayed in. So, when I called to inquire, the girl got nasty with me and told me all hotels do that (no hotel I've ever stayed in has charged me before I arrived). So when I responded to her in a way she didn't like because she yelled at me she told me she could cancel my room if she wanted to and hung up on me. Now I've called back twice and she keeps telling me there is no manager there to speak to! I find it hard to believe there's no one else there besides her that can help with issues or questions. This last time I called back she advised me she doesn't know when her manager will be in at all.
Editing Review: Manager contacted me back and he is even worse than the employees. He never heard the conversation that I had with his employee and he would barely let me speak. He kept telling me he'd cancel my reservation! The sad thing is, I didn't have any issues once I knew their policy, my issue was with his employee's attitude after I asked her a simple question.
