Best WLM Reviews

Amazing hospitality staff, very clean rooms, & an amazing view.
Very convenient location as it has many restaurants in the same parking lot. There is also a dispensary right there which adds a cherry on top to your Denver experience.
The breakfast here is decent. Can’t really complain about it. I would stay again.
Excellent location ten minutes outside of DIA. Customer service was kind/attentive. Food, dispensaries, and more, are all within walking distance. Room was overall clean. Television didn’t work. Would stay again!
The front desk was so very helpful, nice and professional. The breakfast was yummy every morning and the beds were very comfortable. There are many restaurants near by, a sprouts and convenience stores that are very clean. Easy access to airport and Denver via the interstate. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Not sure why it has 2 stars. It’s more like 3.5. Obviously it’s not a luxury hotel but it’s very clean, modern, and comfortable especially for the price. Plus the front desk concierge was super pleasant. I would definitely stay again.
Positive: The young man at the front desk was very patient. He turned what could have been a poor guest experience at check-in due to faulty credit card processing, into a positive guest experience. Negative: Breakfast covers the bases but could be improved with quality.
For a nice, clean hotel with close proximity to the airport, this hotel is perfect. I read other recent reviews saying the hotel needed updating— this was not the case for the lobby area or first floor rooms. Nice/newly renovated bathrooms/rooms and with very comfortable beds for a hotel under $200 a night. Our shuttle driver to the airport was fantastic- he was most helpful in assisting and directing passengers on where to go upon their arrival and tips for long wait lines at security. I would stay here again if flying out of DEN!
Stayed here after missing a flight and didn't have all of my things asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste answer from the desk "we're out". Luckily the gas station had these. My partner booked and paid for room while I was still at airport but I was required to put down a card for incidentals...after the pending "hold" charges fell off I still had a charge on there. Called and was told it was reversed, saw refund pending on my CC for a while then it was just gone. Called hotel again and they sent me a folio with the charge off it and to call bank. Bank says they see no pending or refund, called back hotel and the Asst GM snottily said I reversed it, its all digital nothing I can do. Called bank back and had them remove it. Room and bed were OK staff/customer service sucks. I won't be staying here again.
We stayed here from Tues thru Sat, bed & pillows were comfy. The room was clean, just a few dirty spots on the wall by the toilet. The floor on ground level and elevator floor was dirty for more than 24 hrs. Dirty spots and spills on the wall, broken plate should be taken off the wall , I assume it was a hand sanitizer that was removed?? (Located directy across from elevator)The wall behind the garbage can in hall by elevator was very scuffed up. We were able to check in a little early, we did notice they had a sign stating $10 a night parking. (Priceline stated it was free) There's many options in walking distance to eat and access to a few within a mile or so to drive. We did notice the ac unit would reset??? I figured out if you turn the fan on all the time, it kicks on and off to maintain the temp. Also the lamps/ plugs are connected to the light switch which needs to stay on to charge anything/ use lamp. Hard to sleep with a light on in the room. Breakfast was ok, not a big fan of eggs. One day it was eggs and bacon, next time was sausage and eggs. Our last day was plain eggs and then eggs with half cooked bacon. Coffee tasted bitter, felt like the containers needed a good cleaning. We didn't really have much interaction with staff, but hskp did get us extra tp when asked. There is a train station very close to the hotel. The street has free parking if you can find a spot rather than paying for the lot parking. We took that into Denver/ Union Station- 29 mins. Way easier than driving in. Overall, a good place to stay to be close to airport/ train, but if you plan to drive into Denver, it takes about an hour. Heavy traffic and we tried very early 530am and tried 730am, didn't matter.
