Spacious rooms, also great location to everything. My experience was pleasant, awesome staff, great breakfast. The woman who prepared our breakfast. So friendly and helpful. Thank you for all that you all do. In case you didn't know. I would come back again. Affordable stay, that is a plus.
Rooms are clean but the 4th floor rug needed cleaning badly. I could see so many spills and even dried vomit. Downstairs is beautiful and the dining area very nice. Food was good. A good assortment for continental breakfast. The lady at the guest desk was not a smiley type person but was efficient at her job. You are so near everything. I couldn't hear the highway at all.
Nice place and good breakfast bar and staff. Wished the breakfast bar opened at 6 on Friday - Sunday like the rest of the week.
Rooms are not very sound proof. Can hear other room doors close and thumping and voices from hallway traffic.
Would recommend a top floor room to not have to hear thumping from above.
Not worth the price! Large Dead roach in room - so it wasn't cleaned well. Pool is unsafe & disgusting. The chipped plaster had mold growing that even chlorine can't kill! Hot tub was cold and didn't work. Ice machine out of order. Fridge had a bad smell. Called the front desk 3x & no answer. Never returning & DON'T recommend.
Guest room was great. No complaints. Breakfast was good except the nice lady couldn't keep up with demand which caused a big backup in the food area with people standing around waiting for food. Our biggest complaint was the pool and hot tub. The water in the pool was extremely cold and the pool was extremely dirty. You could see debris floating in the bottom. The hot tub didn't work and it's water was cloudy.
I will not stay here again. I will also not recommend this hotel to anyone! We found a live cockroach crawling on the nightstand and bed. Upon looking around we found more dead cockroaches in the room. The staff was nice, she gladly moved us rooms even though they were over booked for the night. When we went to the other room on 4th floor we found more dead cockroaches. They were big and small. I have staying in a lot of hotels and have not once had a big of any sort in my room. The pool area was not good either. It was very run down. Paint peeling off the floor of the pool, rust on the door, hot tub timer didn’t work, pool was freezing cold.
I will not stay at this hotel again. I will not recommend it to colleagues, family and friends. This was supposed to be a special weekend for my wife and I as we were in town celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary. We started having problems right after we checked in and during our entire stay. I couldn't wait to check out. I'm shocked at how our experienced changed from our previous visit. Our previous visit went very well. That's why we decided to return to this hotel. I honestly have to say that we won't be coming back.
No way to turn off the fan. Kept waking up all night. Breakfast was a little lacking. No butter. The coffee was watered down. And I'm not sure that they mixed the orange juice and the apple juice concentrate when they put it in the machine cuz that tasted watered down too. The only meat was a sausage gravy.
