Wow...nicest staff I've ever met. From check in to check out and everyone in between was so accommodating. Hotel is so clean the carpets were being cleaned while we were there! Walking distance to many restaurants and very quiet and secure! Thanks so very much for a wonderful positive experience!
This is one of the nicest and cleanest Wyndham hotels that I have stayed at. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean as were the common areas. I enjoyed the free shuttle to Universal and the proximity of different attractions.Out stay was very comfortable.
Great hotel. They offered up charges for early and late checkout. The EV charger I expected to be free was 16 cents per kilowatt hour, and you had to download their app. We wish they had indicated on the booking platform they charge a fee for the EV charger, but otherwise it was a great stay.
A nice simple adequate and cheap hotel, nothing fancy at all. Comfortable.|Needs more light in rooms, better bathroom amenities, more comfortable pillows, and a better quality breakfast.|All I all I would stay here again.|4 stars in comparison to other similar cheap hotels.
Here are the list of issues I had at this hotel.
1. Door key card quit working twice and had to he replaced.
2. The pool was out of service the whole week of my stay.
3. The water was turned off for an hour and when it came back on there was a black sticky residue left in the sink and toilet bowl.
4. My daughter was having bad anxiety so I put the do not disturb sign on the door when I left for training. The housekeeper slid a note under the door and said it was required to be cleaned so she ended up sitting in the lobby for an hour while feeling horrible.
This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. Good location but these issues were too much.
Nice hotel. Very close to universal, with big rooms and clean. The breakfast could be much better but I guess given the room prices we should not expect anything special.
We stay here for 4 days. This is one of the best places to stay with family. Rooms service and cleaning services were best. Morning breakfast was good. Close to Universal Studios also provides free shuttle service.
Amazing stay. Arrived after midnight and the parking lot was well lit and clean. The staff was very helpful and efficient. The whole place was clean and pleasant. Great stay!
