Overall on good condition but definitely dated. For my needs it was perfect. The staff was nice enough but didn’t have the traditional southern charm I am used to. Not really a complaint because after living up north I am used to the straight forward approach also but this is why I gave you 4 stars for service not 5. The price charged was not what was shown on booking.com. A difference of $20 roughly. It wasn’t enough for me to feel like disputing it but for anyone considering staying and on a tight budget you should be aware of it. I would stay again as it was close to everything I would want to go to and it felt overall safe. One pet peeve I want to say is the door to our room would not latch automatically when we left. You had to pull it closed.

The outside appearance is nice but the hotel itself is old inside.
The rooms didn't have a fresh smell.My wife sprayed air fresher to take away the smell.
Room doors are very difficult to close and open. Very old furniture in the rooms.
Beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was not bad.

The room was very large and beds were so comfortable. Everything is provided in the room such a microwave, refrigerator, and toiletry items. breakfast buffet was awesome. I highly recommend this place. Great location from mall and shopping places.
Great place to stay if you’re looking to shop, relax or eat, my family and I always come here when we want to getaway from the hustle and bustle of life’s craziness. Staff are great and breakfast is free. Pillows are soft the rooms are clean and the hotel is very quiet. Security is 100. |Thanks again for a great stay.

My stay was pleasant and safe.

This hotel is OLD and run down. Needs lots of updates. The staff is nice though. They are charging way too much for the condition of the hotel. We were supposed to stay three nights and I couldn’t do it. We checked out the very next morning!
The room was infested with spiders and some other long bodied bugs. Front desk came to spray but it made it worse. The room had mold on the shades and doors. I wouldn't recommend for my asthma folks. It was not a comfortable stay at all. You get what you pay for so expect the least comfort for the somewhat cheaper prices. The staff was nice but the property is old and needs a lot of maintenance and pest control.
Room comfortable and clean. Staff courteous and helpful, but had some staffing issue in the morning. The morning breakfast staff failed to show, so no hot breakfast. The desk staff was alone and fell, we had to assist her, and her manager failed to respond to her phone call for help. Hopefully these were one off glitches and things will be back to normal. We've stayed here many times, this is our “go to” hotel in Chattanooga
