Overall not the worst hotel but definitely not a great one either.

The AC in our room didn't work. They fixed it.
The shower water does not get hot, just a little warm and then back to cold. Lounge area/ breakfast area chairs are all torn and peeling. Not very pretty.
Update: we told the front desk and they were just apathetic. Person at front was like meh maybe to many people were showering. I was up at 6:20 am showering in cold water.
Update 2: went to go get ice. Ice maker on the 3rd floor is leaking and by the looks of the wall it has been for a while. There is a huge puddle on the floor and damage to baseboards.
We came to stay for the Breakaway Festival end of Sept. No complaints. Beds comfy. I felt safe. Friendly guests. Snacks bar is yum. I didn't wake up in time for breakfast but I've heard it's yum too.
Fantastic location and helpful staff! Perry was amazing! Although Booking.com made an error with my room, Perry was able to resolve the issue and accommodate me and my kids in a room. He’s truly great!
Most Wyndham’s I have stayed at has been bad, that’s what I was expecting. This one was GOOD! This hotel is clean, nice people, breakfast was great. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Would for sure stay again.
Positive: "" Negative: The bathroom was not clean. Every towel in the bathroom had hair on it when I arrived. There is mold in the grout, and overall the bathroom didn?t feel clean at all. The location isn?t a super safe one either.
My family and I stayed here for a football tournament, the front desk staff was amazing! The breakfast was good, the amenities were nice, and the hotel was clean.
The only issue that we had was that our AC in our room was leaking, but they did come and try to remedy that the best they could while we were there. They were completely booked so they could not offer us another room.
And one other thing that I didn't love, is not anything they could do about it. The room sizes were so completely different, I booked two rooms across the hall from each other, one room was very spacious. The other room was a standard hotel room. They were both the same types of room so I was a little confused about that. So if you stay on the fourth floor make sure you stay in the even numbers, not the odd numbers.
We checked into the Wingate by Wyndham Concord for the night - as the midway point on a recent road trip. The lobby looks to have recently been renovated, however the rooms and hallways are dated. The hotel itself was nothing special but it served its purpose as a place for a few hours of sleep.
We woke up the next morning to find that our car had been broken into and vandalized. Window smashed. Interior intentionally damaged. Personal items ransacked and stolen. It wasn’t just our vehicle - there were multiple vehicles in the parking lot of this hotel that were broken into and vandalized that evening/morning. The police were notified and reports filed. I understand the hotel may not be responsible for such actions. However, the hotel staff and management have been completely uncooperative - little empathy or support. Multiple vehicles in different parts of the parking lot but their security cameras SUPPOSEDLY only recorded the back of the vandals heads. Yeah, right!
I had concerns as we checked in and unloaded our car for the evening as there were several cars with individuals - I assume loitering in the parking lot in the late evening hours. Is the hotel parking lot a known hang out for suspicious individuals? Unsure but I would caution others .. travelers beware.
Positive: Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed - even after getting there late the first night Negative: The male daytime manager was not friendly and had a poor attitude with us on more than one occasion. He was rude and all business without trying to accommodate us whatsoever. Everyone else was great
