I have been pretty unimpressed with my stay at this location and do not recommend wasting money on this property. The bed and pillows are completely uncomfortable, and it led to a terrible night of sleep. You can only flush the toilet once every 20 minutes while you wait for the refill process to be complete. I've had better breakfast options at a gas station. The staff is extremely inconsistent. Some kid crapped in the pool, so it was closed, which is understandable. However, Friday evening staff was fine with us using the hot tub, and Saturday staff kicked us out. Spent over $300 bucks on this hotel, which is nowhere worth the money.
Stayed 6 nights here on a vacation back home to Bismarck.
For it being an extremely busy time and for the hotel being fully booked most of our stay, this had to be the most quiet place I've experienced.
Hotel staff was always very helpful in anything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, room was clean but lacked furniture as it showed in the hotel picture of the room I chose. That is why I gave the room 4 ???? instead of 5 ????!
I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Great choices of restaurants within walking distance. Easy to find, check in was a breeze.
Didn't get time to utilize the pool or hot tub so unable to comment on that. Nor did we have the continental breakfast offered as we like to sleep in.
This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a Hotel. Though the bed was comfortable, there was a weird smell in the room and there was never housekeeping done - even upon request. We ran out of towels and shampoo over our 2 days family stay and had to request it multiple times. I had 2 little kids but still no one send anyone for house keeping They also don’t allow things to be charged to the room. Our key cards would also get deactivated every single time and it wasn’t because we had them near phones or other cards. So i will not recommend this hotel..very bad experience . Not enough staff for help
The guy at the front desk was great, he made our check in easy even though we came in late at night. The room was clean and large. It makes a big difference when the front desk is helpful and cares. Not just a person who is there to have a job. I own a small business and I know how hard it is to have employees who care about the job they do, the manager at the front desk cared and was professional.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very basic and mostly clean. The bathroom has one light in it so it's pretty dark when trying to take a shower. All in all not a bad stay if you need to put up for a night. Breakfast was basic.
The only positive thing about this review is/hotel is the bed was comfortable and room was clean. ||As for the lobby/breakfast area, it was dirty, unkept, unattended, and staff working acted as if they dreaded having to be there. ||Elevator very slow.
The beds are terrible, so squeaky and uncomfortable. Was told at check in the pool was out of commission but the hot tub was okay to use, used the hot tub first night only to get kicked out by a different employee because the hot tub apparently also isn’t to be used. Little communication between your employees goes a long ways. Paid $300 for nothing, absolutely do not recommend.
The staff here has always been so accommodating and great to work with. Any time there has been a minor concern they have been on top of it right away. We book a lot of meetings at this facility, Steph has been so good to work with and is always on top of any requests we may have. Steph’s very professional and truly understands quality customer service, which this day and age seems to be getting less and less. It also has a nice quiet lobby area for me and my coworkers to sit and converse at the end of the day. The biggest reason I give them a five star rating is mainly because of how accommodating they are and how great they’ve been to work with.
