Best WLM Reviews
They looked closed because most people place the order online and just run in and pick it up. I went inside because I wanted suggestions on sauces. The very nice lady inside let me taste a couple and I highly recommend the Thai chili! Chicken is made fresh but fast and my kid loves the wedge fries
Don't let the place being empty fool you! A lot of people order to go. The food was good and people were friendly. We did it as a trial because we wanted to order a bunch for a Christmas party, we placed an order for 300 wings. I would recommend! 1st time there and will go again.
Placed a delivery order at Wing Zone and had several issues. ????
First, I had a coupon for free wedges. The website would not accept my coupon code, so I couldn't redeem my coupon.
When my order was delivered, I had several issues with the food. First, the boneless wings were supposed to be buffalo ranch, and they had no sauce on them, not even anything on the side. Next, the kid's chicken fingers show as a four piece on the online menu, but we just got two tiny little pieces. The onion rings are pictured as breaded, and what we got is battered.
Obviously, we're not regular customers. I had tried Wing Zone many years ago and wasn't a fan, but decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, this was another disappointing experience.
I contacted the restaurant and they said that they use stock photos on their website, so it doesn't represent what they actually have. ???? The onion rings were different due to a supplier issue. The supply issues I get. But maybe have accurate photos for everything else?? ????♀️
I'm always willing to give a place a second try, but I'll rarely give a third.
Went there today for my coworkers & myself. Did not disappoint! We all loved it. Will definitely be back for the garlic parm wings...& the mac n cheese bites!! The lady Ratna running the place is the sweetest!!!
Whenever I'm in the area and am hungry, this is my go-to restaurant. The boneless wings and wedge fries are cooked to perfection, and are sauced just right without paying extra for it. The wings are the way they're supposed to be: never recooked leftovers, and are crispy and mouthwatering. Don't let the parking lot fool you, the inside of restaurant is clean with 7 tables, 24 chairs, a highchair for a child, and public restrooms, which the Airway Rd./Çol. Glenn Hwy. doesn't currently have. The owner, Ratna, is there taking orders and working every time I've stopped in, and takes suggestions to heart. So this Wing Zone now carries 20 oz. Mtn Dew Zero Sugar, besides Diet Pepsi.
First time there. The food was amazing, very filling, very good service. We will be going there a lot more. Thank you !
Good wings, but the boneless is the way to go. Sauce selection is great, we liked the garlic parmesan and the Thai chili. The voodoo seasoned fries are really good as well. Onion rings are huge! We ordered for a large party and the food was hot and service was fast. Delivery is a huge plus too.
Great Customer Service. A lot of establishments need to stop by and have some wings and takes notes. They provided sauce samples on the house.
