Food I tore it up immediately and shared with my coworker. The food was amazing. Again the Manager Aquarius is a sweet heart.
Horrible experience! We ordered from this place hoping to get some good wings. From the pictures on the menu I thought that we were in for a treat.
We ordered 4 flavors and all 4 were flavorless.
I ordered a Family Pack 30 and didn’t receive the Jumbo Wedge Fries.
The Jumbo Kettle Chips were over cooked which changed the flavor of them.
I ordered the Crunch Wings and they were cooked so dark and had no flavor whatsoever. It was a total disappointment
I used DoorDash which will usually refund or credit your account for undelivered items but I was not offered this option for this place. The Dasher left my food at the wrong hotel room. When I got the message stating that my order had been dropped off it wasn’t at our door. My husband had to walk the hall to find our food. Our room number was on the order, he just didn’t care.
The first pic with the golden fried wings is what I ordered. The second picture is what I got. The third pic is the over cooked kettle chips that I got.
I’ll never order from Wing Zone again.
This is the second time I ordered food and it came with no sauce. This is the last time I will eat with wing zone. I know I don't matter it's only one customer. Called the store and they really couldn't offer me no resolution other than get a refund or bring it in and they will fix it. Working late and couldn't go to the store. This tells me the orders are not being checked when you get a delivery. The manager wouldn't even get on the phone. Smh. Poor service and no more service from me.
You have to try the crispy chicken tenders from this place! The taste was amazing and were hot and fresh. Shout out to Aquarius for always giving great customer service.
We ordered through Uber Eats & we were missing a whole order and an included side. The food we did get was pretty good. We ordered wings, a buffalo chicken wrap (that was missing the fries) & I enjoyed it even tho it wasn’t cut at all & was mostly veggies but I don’t mind bc I love veggies lol
We got some dessert & motz sticks which were okay.
I called Melvin, who aspired to make the customer happy, I calmly explained the situation and let him know I would not be coming to pick up the missing food. He said he would come and deliver the food himself! Very kind of him.
I hope he will fix his QA and delivery service system but overall he did what he could & the food was alright. My friends weren’t impressed by the wings.
The wings were expensive and did not have much meat on them. The girl working was a little strange but not mean. Not worth the price for what you get. Mellow Mushroom has better Thai Chili wings. Here, I feel like I just paid for skin and bone.
I saw the reviews but I wanted to judge for myself. I walked in and waited 5 minutes before letting the associate know I was there. I was craving there wings and fries like they advertised in there commercial....this was not what they advertised...food was okay.
Will never eat here again I should have known when I walked in the smell was unpleasant there was no one in the restaurant but one guy who was sitting at the register doing his schoolwork he didn’t greet me and my boyfriend when we walked in, we placed our order my boyfriend ordered 12 chicken tenders and I ordered a 16 piece chicken wings I was surprised to see the guy at the register walk back and do all the cooking, when our food was ready he had put so much sauce on my wings it was leaking everywhere when we got home ate my wings they were over cooked hard, they was small with no meat I was so disappointed a 44$ order and nothing was good this place need to close down it’s not fair to pay that much for food that is not good. Never again I wish I could give no stars at all.
