Best WLM Reviews

As a family of three, we have ordered from this location a handful of times. With that being said, every time we have ordered it has been exceptional quality for to go orders. Fresh, and hot! We typically spend $25-45 each visit and I can honestly say it is money well spent with no complaints. Which now a days, it is rare to keep consistent quality and service with every where being short staffed! Just a warning when ordering in person, and taking to go it can be a bit of a longer wait but none the less food was worth every dollar spent there and worth the wait!
The wings and the wedges were good! Staffs were very nice and friendly. I deducted 1 star because it took more than 15 minutes for food to come after ordering. I think they were short staffed as there were other people who were also waiting.
Wings were cooked well. Nice and crispy. I haven’t found many places that cook them like in upstate NY.
Wings themselves were a bit light on meat. I prefer them meatier. I’m not a skinny dude but I put away 16 wings no problem.
Sauce was good. Not overly spice. I won’t get the garlic Parmesan buffalo. It was good just not my jam. Hot ones was closer to a medium than a real spicy hot. Which was good because I don’t love blazing hot wings.
Fries were very good.
Store was clean, although it just opened. I don’t see it being an issues.
Staff friendly.
Overall, I’ll be going back.
Wing Zone at 5th Street station is a good grab and go spot for wings. If you you like options for flavor, they have it covered. Everything from light and not spicy to blazzing hot and spicy! Stop by and grab some wings!
Service - 5/5 (very friendly and helpful staff)
Value - 4/5
Atmosphere - 2/5 (small, best for takeout)
Food - 3/5
Been eating on and off at wing zone for the past 2 years. When I first went, it was under different management and the food quality and service was great! Overtime, the food quality has gotten so inconsistent. The food looks unappealing and the portions get smaller and smaller each time. The service is meh. I’m not likely to return. If you’re looking to spend $20+ on wings spend it somewhere else!!
Second time ordering. The food is fantastic. Wasn't exactly on time. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes after ordering 1.5 hour before hand. The resteraunt looked understaffed. It seems as there is a general lack of care and staffing at this location. Which is a shame, the product is solid. Everyone I've encountered at this location has been super nice this time. I would recommend, as someone who has worked at many restaurants, try being a bit more strict on training. Time is money for any business.
Under new management mens under worse management. I showed up to pick up an online order and it was already supposed to be ready 10 before I even showed up. Then proceeded to wait for another 15 minutes for the order. When I started to get a little impatient I was met with the worst attitude ever. I was belittled in front of other patrons, and cursed at. The only way I see it being less of a family friendly place to eat is if there was sports and beer. Plenty of places that offer that for better prices
