Best WLM Reviews
One of our worst experiences dining out. The food was bad. The wings were hard as a rock. The nachos were... to say the least atrocious and lacking. We had to put our order in twice, because they messed up. Three times we had re-order a drink, and twice we received another tables drinks. One person at our table received the wrong drink 3 times in a row. It took over an hour to get our food, and over 30 min for our first drinks, just to have them come back and ask for our order again (because they didn't put it in the first time). I have had bad experiences and bad food but this place was wildly horrible.
A fun spot to stop and enjoy a few drinks and some delicious food the appetizers were perfect, The beer was cold and the service was fantastic! Go see Gabe an amazingly nice bartender, who is spot on and hard working. This is a perfect place for a large party as well , so much space ! Always tip your servers well !
Updated review:
I frequent this place quite a bit and I am always impressed with the food here.
I go out of my way from Cleveland to grab wings here.
Earlier this this evening, the bartender there just wasn't the most appropriate.
I was taking pictures of my meal (Which is normally $60) + the wings I was taking home.
While doing so, the bartender kinda made it into a "joke" except his tone was condescending.
Even got some of the other customers to kind of chuckle and I really didn't appreciate that.
I was updating a Google review of this place(which my pics have already generated 200,000 views) .
I felt that wasn't professional at all.
Even after I explained to him what I was doing, he didn't seem to think there was anything wrong with what he said.
Or did.
Even showed him my #s on Google(which are at 1.3M) and I was met with sarcasm.
I felt ridiculed and out of place.
Kind of ashamed to be doing what I do best, and that is marketing.
Promotion is part of what I do. (As this is an occupation of mine) and I know that my review and pics have made this place money.
Or up -sold any items I have posted
The nice girl at the bar has never treated me like this.
My opinion of the food here still stands as great, but.....
I won't be returning here after today.
I've spent hundreds of $$$ here because I enjoy these wings so much.
But, this last experience was pure unpleasant.
Wing Stop in Cleveland has NEVER treated me like this.
The place was not busy and it took 10 minutes for me to get my drink which was flat by the way. I asked for it to be changed from a different server because I barely saw my server. When my soda was re-brought out to me, it was flat again and got a different soda instead.
We had to flag down other servers because our server was nowhere to be found. I saw the same two other servers more than I saw my own. I had to ask a different employee to ring us out. Although, we got our food pretty fast and it was rather tasty however, it wasn't our original server that brought it out to us. It was (surprise surprise) a different server. Took us 30 minutes after finishing our food to pay and leave.
I love comfort food and I love a cold drink. Wing Warehouse has both!
Normally we go on Tuesdays for their wing special. But tonight we went their during a Browns game. Wow. Were they busy! We decided to eat outside in the patio. It was ALOT quieter!
Even though they were super busy, service was very good, considering how busy they were! Our waitress was very nice. Even when it came to listening to my son's questions.
I have been here many times. So I definitely recommended the place.
Customer Service was Terrible!I Ate here 4/11 & the customer service was Bad but the salad was good.so I tried again…At Work 4/12 I ordered a different salad…..My mistake lettuce was Chunked up,Cucumbers not sliced like night before (u can’t cut them with the plastic knife ) Grilled chicken was dry. On top of that I was Charged a Convenience fee and I paid the same way the night before and was not charged a convenience fee.Maybe a place of hit and miss.
This is the meeting place for the Northern Summit Browns Backers during the season. I enjoy the Wings with creamy Cajun. They have a bucket of five domestic brews also. The group is enjoying the discounts as well.
Great service, atmosphere, and food. Tequila sunrise could use more alcohol just taste like juice. Servers were very attentive & polite.
