I stopped at wing snob tonight because I saw while passing and wanted to give it a try. The boneless garlic and teriyaki wings were amazing. Juicy, full of flavor, and not too much breading. The spices were perfectly balanced, and with Monday's promotions, it's the perfect time to try them. I definitely don’t regret it!
They took a little longer than promised to have my order ready and I wish their cups were insulated but their fries and wings are top notch! The fries are so crunchy and deliciously seasoned that it's difficult to stop eating them and I had Nashville Hot and Cajun dry rubs- they were both great. I will be going back again, for sure.
Tried out Wing Snob in Allen today and I now have a new favorite wing spot. So delicious, fresh, reasonably priced, and yummy menu of wings/sandos/loaded fries and a few other sides! Surprised I never heard of this place before today.
I’d first heard about Wing Snob from friends in Michigan. I learned that there was one in Allen so we made the drive. It was worth it. We ordered a 40 piece Fan Pack and split it up with 10 boneless wings each in 4 different sauces - mango habanero, garlic-parmesean, Snobby Q, and Buffalo. The sauces were terrific and the wings were moist and tender. The Fan Pack includes 2 large orders of fries and 2 orders of veggie sticks. The fries were battered, salted, and peppered perfectly. The veggie sticks were (keep it simple) fresh carrot and celery sticks. They complimented everything nicely. Wing Snob also offers traditional wings, sandwiches, tenders, meatless “veggie” tenders, cauliflower wings, street corn, pretzel balls, various sized individual orders of wings, regular fries, fries with 19 or 20 sauce combinations, soft drinks. They had a display case of desserts. The prices were very reasonable. There were 3 of us and we ordered “to go” but decided at the last minute to eat some there and take the rest home. The staff were very friendly and came to check on us and chat a few times. Allen is a little more than 30 minutes drive from our house but we’re in that area on a regular basis and I’m glad I found out about them. Up until today, a family member and her friend had a favorite wing restaurant. Wing Snob is their new favorite so we’ll definitely be going back.
I came here yesterday and it was my first and last time coming. I had two 8 piece traditional wing orders. Ordered it at 7 and waited 30 minutes only for them to come out with some soggy and cold wings. I honestly didn’t have an appetite after that so I ate one wing and had to take the rest home and throw in the air fryer . Also not to mention my order came to $40 I didn’t get a refund cause I was very hungry , but I was deeply saddened by the experience and the food.
Service is amazing!! Pryie ( hopefully spelled that right????) is awesome very friendly. I got spicy chili and habanero, they went to spicy good flavor. Wanted them cooked just a little more crispy but all and all great! I’ll be back! Highly recommend ????????
Under New Management!!
We stopped into this location for the first time today. The gentleman who greeted us was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. He helped me decide what to get and was patient with my questions.
The food came out quickly and everything was super fresh and hot. The fries were AMAZING the perfect amount of garlic Parm sauce on them! The chicken sandwich was wonderful as well.
The best food we've had at a Wing Snob and we will absolutely be back. The owner was also there and he mentioned they took over this location a few months ago and just this week they now have the Frisco/Little Elm location as well. So either one would be a great spot to visit to scratch your chicken wing needs.
I hate to write this but honestly this is the second time in two weeks my order hasn’t been good. This is my third time ordering and I’m sad about this one. I ordered buffalo and lemon pepper cauli-wings. They were soggy, and definitely NOT fried. Also, the “sauce” that was supposed to be lemon pepper is just oil, absolutely not okay. I don’t eat meat so this easily became one of my favorite places for some cauliflower wings.
