I ordered six piece wings, I didn’t get one piece of wing all drumsticks. Totally a rip off very untrustworthy of a business. I I highly do not recommend this business. Very disappointing experience.I regret tipping them too.
I purchased 20 wings for carry out on 9-11-2024. The food was great. Very fast & hot. Two women working and they were polite and friendly. I'm working in the area and therefore will go back.
Horrible service at Southfield, MI location. Almost $19 for 6 wings, fries blue cheese ( which ended up being melted liquid and warm) and a drink. They gave me like 4 ice cubes for the drink. The pop was warm. I asked for more ice and they refused indicating it was pre-distributed for each cup. Basically an “oh well” knowing the pop machine was broke and serving up warm drinks. Wings were not good. I ordered the Garlic Parmesan. Next to no seasoning and bland. I make better wings in my air fryer. Could have gotten a better meal at McDonalds for a 1/4 of the price. Don’t try and eat inside either…it’s 100 degrees in there. Absolute waste. If you can’t afford to operate…things like ice, seasoning, cold drinks and air conditioning…..shutdown!!! Management is clueless and resolved nothing. Surprised I didn’t get charged for a napkin. I would turn down a free meal if they offered. Oh and site says 10.99 for meal. In store, it says $13.99. I did add a sauce and the melted blue cheese which I thought came with it. How did I get to that price???
Hands down some of the best wings anywhere. Great selection of sauces, with other chicken and vegetarian options. Crispy fries and outstanding coleslaw! The cherry on top for me was the biodegradable packaging: in a world of plastic bags and styrofoam clam shells, be a paper bag and a cardboard box.
The customer service was just as awesome as the food! They took time with my 87 year old mom, and she loved it!
This is my favorite wings place. The sauces are tasty, and there are a lot of options. I mainly wanted to write this review to thank them for their recent switch to all paper packaging, though. A lot of carry out places use plastic that usually can’t be recycled.
My last two experiences here has been horrible both times my orders were incorrect if you order garlic parm they sprinkle Palm over the naked wings and send them out the door every time I call in the same young lady answered the phone and say that the management is at lunch right now because they know that the service is horrible looking at some of the comments the owner pick and choose the ones he answered back to and then tell you to email them so they can make it right no let me put my cash app down below you can cash out my money back I will never come back into the place I have a much better experience at the wing snob on 5 Mile in Livonia the price for these meals are just ridiculous $18 and you get the order wrong then you charge for ranch and don't even put it in the bag come on thinking about coming up there and doing a live stream and showing people not to ever come here I try to patronize places when I walk in there's people that remind me of myself but I have to be honest every time I do that I'm disappointed every time but I will say when I go to Livonia there's a young girl at the counter that reminds me of my daughter but when I look in the back those Indians back their handling business have not had one complaint yet and if I did they get it straight right then and there no you can email us and we will make it right my ass stop ripping people off taking people money giving them garbage
No need to go anywhere else for chicken or non-chicken options. Ordered the Cauliwing with Buffalo and the Garlic Parm Fry and it was cooked just how I like it. I never thought cauliflower could taste this good! I have had their tenders tossed in lemon pepper a few times as well and it just gets better each time I come here! Quality. Quality. Quality.
