Best WLM Reviews
Been here a couple of times already. Service for the most part is great if they aren’t really busy at night. During the day though, service is usually amazing. Food has been consistent for me and the wings have been pretty amazing contrary to a few other reviews on here. Definitely also try their funnel cake fries while you’re here.
Stopped in to wing shack for lunch. It was amazing. Great prices, service, food and atmosphere!! I’ll be back for some live music real soon.
Driest, smallest, most burnt wings I've ever seen. I'm guessing the grill was set to "surface of the sun." Tried to eat the few I could salvage because I'm starving, but they literally splintered and stabbed the roof of my mouth. Every bite felt like I was chewing on bone. Only order from here if you hate your mouth. You could set the building on fire and the wings wouldn't come out this overcooked. I'm not even going to get into the 9 (YES I COUNTED) fries that came in my "full order." This is what I'm going to make my kids eat when they're being disobedient. I would pay for the ability to give less stars.
We frequent Wing Shack guaranteed Wednesday evenings with some friends for Trivia night. Selina is by far my favorite part of going up there. She's very attentive and quick! Our order typically stays the same, and she remembers it! It's nice to have someone who pays attention to you and makes you feel welcome every week. We did go up there last night, which unfortunately she wasn't there. My complaint with that is that while other servers are decent, they tend to disappear on you. So hoping from here on out our girl is there.
The reason I gave them a 3 is because even though my family and I enjoy the wings they are higher priced than other wing spots we've been to. We typically get wings, fries and a drink for the price Wing Shack is charging for wings alone. The regular customers are the ones who gets the best treatment. And I have observed that every time I've gone and that has been several so far. On the 17th, my sons and I had gone to eat wings for his birthday. There was only one person working and she was the bartender. Not only did she not greet us when we came in, she never came to the table to see if we had been helped or not. So, my son and I went to the take out order and stood for the longest time waiting to be acknowledged. After a random person said to us, she's the only person working, the other person on the schedule is late, she (being the bartender) looks over at us and says, y'all need help? Well....yea! But after not being acknowledged from the beginning, my son said, Ma, let's just leave and find something else to eat. As we were leaving, she looked me right in my face and turned her head. I wondered, did she do that because we were black?
This place has had its good days, but in the past few years through many different ownerships, it has gone downhill. I'm afraid it's fallen into the category of companies putting dollars over quality. Things are overpriced and service has gotten to a subpar point. It's a shame, this place used to be the spot to be at. I actually met my husband here about 20 years ago when this place was hot. I'm hoping things improve.
Current experience: kids meals were very overcooked after waiting a long time for them, wings were a bit dry, drinks (non-alcoholic) were over priced

Wing Shack: Best Wings in Town!
Wing Shack never disappoints! The wings are perfectly crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. Their sauces are unbeatable, and the service is always friendly and attentive.
Highly recommend [insert your favorite flavor] wings and [insert side/dish you loved]. A must-visit for wing lovers!
Peggy Lee was awesome. I cant wait to go back again 10 times over...Everytime you go out, this is the place to be. The owner is cool, just like a winter breeze and the service is phenomenal. Best Wings in Town
