Everything about my experience was bad. Overpriced, small portions, not told about all the extra charges I'd later see on my receipt. The employees can't answer basic questions. I will give them credit for decent flavor.
Save your time and money and go to Applebee's across the street. Sadly, they're better, cheaper and faster. Quarters in the pic for size.
Excellent customer service. Food is good. The salads are far beyond my expectations. All vegetables are fresh and hand chopped. The dressings are all homemade and wonderful. Wings are perfectly seasoned and dressed. Onion rings are super yummy. Selection of local beer. Second time here and very impressed. Manager is very nice and accommodating!
Wing Shack is a Noco institution and has been consistently great for years. The wings (and really all of the various forms of saucey fried chicken) are yummy and the value is pretty hard to beat these days. With that said, there are two things I always notice when we order from them that are head and shoulders above other restaurants worth mentioning:
1. The food for a to go order is always perfectly packaged. The fries are in their own separate bag so they don't get soggy, the sandwiches are not mashed together and the wings are carefully separated by flavor. This is the kind of attention to detail I think we can all appreciate.
2. The side salad is the best salad for the money in town. The thing is huge and loaded with veggies, I have never in years of ordering it come across questionable lettuce, and the dressings are all house made.
Every time we come in Jessica provides excellent customer service she is always smiling extremely friendly. Wings have been scrumptious!! Thank you!
I ordered a large order through their website for delivery because I had a time crunch with my work schedule. The website did not allow me to put in my lot number so I called the store to add this detail which they confirmed. My delivery driver text me a picture they were at a different place. I pinned the driver my location and gave very detailed directions. I have never had any issues with anyone else finding my place .The driver text again saying they don't speak English even though they were messaging me in English. I told the driver again where to go. They sent me a pic to the wrong spot again. Long story short I ended up having to meet the driver at a different location to pick up my food after 30 minutes of texting. I thought I was meeting Laura which turned out to be a Hispanic man who spoke perfect English. If I wanted to pick up my own order I would have set it up that way. Definitely was sketchy and not very safe feeling. Not to mention the wings were dry and barely any sauce on them and cold by the time i finally got my order. Definitely disappointed in this and will never order again. Very frustrating experience.
I ordered here with my family for my day off had great customer service. Matt The employee that handed me their card was polite and very fast with our order I appreciate the kindness n he said thank you and asked us if we needed anything else my family even said they liked that guy and food is great and fresh I would be back at this location! :)
So we ordered 30 wings with large fry. At wing stop it’s plenty of food. Most the wings were teeny tiny and I called and spoke to the manager because it’s enough to fill one person up not 3 like I planned. He said sometimes they come in smaller. Well if that’s the case start selling by ounces because I’m still hungry. Learned my lesson. Just going to wing stop.
Wings are pathetically small for the price! Ordered Togo and when I got home I was shocked. Smaller than a ketchup packet (photo was of biggest wing in my order) and no flats within a 20 wing order. I never write reviews but DAMN I’m still hungry! Sauces, and dry rubs were good but nothing special.
