The food was sooo good. My personal favorite is the Golden Hot wing sauce. Realistically all pf it was great, served hot, flavorful food. We ordered at the counter but still received table service! The staff was pleasant. Larissa who took our order and checked on us frequently. We had ordered a few different beers, Larissa brought out our additional beers when we were ready for the next one so the beverages stayed cold. Being a waitress for 10+ years at a minimal service restaurant was great.
They had book shelf and stuff to color for the kiddos. Thankful!!!
This place is seriously a hidden gem in Cheyenne. We go to Pennsylvania every few years and eating wings in PA is a must - UNTIL we ate at Wing Shack! Now we can get our beloved PA tasting wings here. Totally recommend the Garlic Hot (bone-in). Nate (GM) is doing a wonderful job, because he has some of the nicest staff as well. You can tell the restaurant is taken care of and clean. Glad we ate there shortly after 5pm, it didn't take long for them to have a good-sized line. We will be back, and we will bring our PA family the next time they visit Wyoming. I know they will be impressed too!
I started to order online but didn’t see an option for all flats, so I called to inquire. The male that answered the phone I think his name was Body maybe he was very pleasant to talk to and very informative. I ordered over the phone with him, he gave me a heads up we are busy your order should be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. I got a text on my way that it was ready, as I’m walking in I smell fresh wings and it made me smile. I was greeted with a smile from the young lady, everyone was nice. They didn’t miss anything, the wings was hot and fresh, I will be back whenever I’m routed through here. Thanks so much to the whole team my wings was so delicious, I was surprised honestly because some place have a good rate but the wings aren’t really good! I recommend eating the garlic parm wings with the spicy ranch, thank me later!
Came here as a first time customer, not busy or peak time. Ordered Togo, 10 count wing. Simple enough. I paid and sat at a booth with my daughter, waiting patiently. (They did ask for my name for the order)….I waited for almost 40 minutes, after seeing several people come and go (thought maybe they ordered ahead).
I went up to ask for an update and they said it had been ready like they knew. They never called my name or informed me. It’s not like the place was crowded at all. There were 2 other people inside sitting down. I’m disappointed I paid $22 for a meal. And the wings were cold and dry. Not sure this review will make a difference but I figured I’d post my experience.
I ordered three different flavors of boneless wings to try some different flavors, beings it was the first time trying them. I ordered Garlic Hot, Jalapeño Ranch (dry rub), and Mango Habanero. Plus an order of fries. The wings were good and large, but not a super huge fan of the flavors I ordered. I did enjoy the fries and Ranch. The staff was friendly and helpful though and the inside was inviting. Prices are good too. Overall, it would be a one and done for me.
Food and service was excellent. I always get the Jamaican jerk, but Larissa had recommended a golden spicy or spicy delicious or something like that, so I gave that a try on some boneless wings. It was fantastic! Possibly my new favorite flavor!

These are one of the best wings I’ve had in a very long time. These wings have, in my opinion, an unmatchable crunch. That’s what makes them perfect. Not to mention their size, their delicious sauces and the generous amount they put on the wings! I ordered the Garlic Hot and Lemon Pepper wings. My favorite were the Garlic Hot. The sauce has a spicy kick similar to Tabasco. The garlic adds more flavor and the crunch just kills it ???????? They were pretty big and meaty wings. The Lemon Pepper wings were also delicious. It had the perfect amount and balance of lemon and pepper. The fries were also tasty and crispy. The ranch was thick and creamy, which complimented those wings very well ???? I recommend you try their wings!
