Best WLM Reviews
Tonight I ordered a chicken philly. I asked that the onions and peppers were cooked well. I actually received a pepper, onion and chicken Philly. There were so many peppers, onion that I could not see any meat. I returned the sandwich. They made the order again. This time the cook placed a slice of cheese on top and a spoon full of chicken to make it seem they corrected the order. I still received a pepper, onion and chicken Philly. I will not purchase from here. I will go to the real Philly down the street.
Customer service was good. Restaurant was clean. But I had to give the wings 2 stars.
The chicken tasted ok...the sauce was good...but the size of the wings are SUPER TINY! Are we eating chicken or quail?? I really want to know! I won't buy wings from there again.
*UPDATE*
In response to the franchises' response: Most wing eaters do prefer a smaller wing compared to the big or even some medium sized wings. The wings you served me to day were TINY. Not small, TINY. I have been coming to your store for years and this was the first time I've ever been taken aback by how small these wings were. I'm sorry but I will go to touchdown wings from now on. Their wings are not big, not small, but just right. But they are a $1.25 more than your wing combo. I understand about the supplier. This isn't a personal jab against you or anyone who works there, personally. I do food reviews. And this is your review from a completely bias position.
This used to be one of my favorite wing spots but they have really went downhill. Even though the food started not being fresh and wings and fries looked twice cooked I refused to give up on this place because I know everyone has there off days but after several attempts of giving them new chances it was always something off whether it was the food not Fresh to the Wings not cooked and sauced the way I asked to getting home and them not putting simple requests such as celery in the bag one day I tried the philly cheese steak and it was so terrible I had it before it was good but this time it was horrible and the fries looked And tasted old I tried not to make this review but after all the years I been a repeat customer and put a lot of people on to the restaurant even brought groups of out of town family members in and I just can’t hold it in anymore on top of a lot times you call in now you can never get through so you drive up thinking there busy but no one is in there then you tell them then they act as if they don’t have a care anyone know of a good wing place in conyers because I’m looking for a new spot.
I was in town for the Christmas weekend with family and we decided to give this place a try since everything else was closed! They were packed and I see why! I ordered me a 6pc traditional styeld bbq wing meal w/fries. First off, the sauce was soo good! I love when places drown your wings in the sauce! It marinates the wings and packs them with flavor! You get alot of fries like wow I definitely was stuffed! Very delicious meal for a first try in Conyers, Ga! ????
This will be my last time coming here, or any other Wing Nuts; first, they hung up on me. Since the call didn't go through when I tested the phone there, I decided to forgive it; then, they told me I couldn't use the restroom despite the fact that I am a paying customer:-(
Middle of the road as far as "wing and philly" spots go. A 10 peice combo will introduce you to average size wings, and and plate overstuffed with way below par fries, wing flavor is very good. The "philly" taste is good, meat was juicy and a good portion too. but again the cheese slices were just placed on top and not melted with the meat.(but again par for the course) Would be 4 stars, but because the fries are so disappointing and make up a large part of the meal, it scores 3.
Placed an order at this location for ranch wings and received fried wings. Called back to tell them my concern. It was stated it's a little ranch on the wings you can get more powerful flavor with garlic ranch. This is not the first time I came to this location for ranch wing. I come often so I know how you guys make your ranch wings however it will be the last. Be careful if you ordering ranch wings cause you are going to end up with fried wings.
best customer service great food the managers are so nice 10/10 recommend eating here !
