Spent $50 last night for two 5 tenders and wedges combos that should’ve been tossed in golden sauce ended up getting home to be disappointed with dry flavorless tenders. I called the restaurant several times to but 15 minutes before close they apparently don’t answer their business phone. On my third call attempt I received a text from the business asking what was wrong with my order and that someone would reach out to me to resolve the issue which never happened. I called back the establishment today to try and rectify the situation and while the hostess did try to be helpful and accommodating the final call lead to their manager ultimately being non helpful expecting me to return food 19 hours later as a result of the businesses’s mistake. Had I spent $30 or less I probably would’ve let it go but $50 for mediocre food is unacceptable. Definitely won’t be patronizing this business ever again.
I was going to order online but then I noticed that 10 wings cost $16 without tax included. I think that is too much money for wings.
I guess it’s reached a point where I would rather cook wings myself than pay such high prices.
The wings you make are good…and they always have been. I would just like better prices.
I’ve included a picture of the wings I bought at food Lion for about $7 and made myself.
I have been coming to Wing King for years, never disappointed! Something is always going on from live bands, karaoke, poker, sip & paint, pool league, football nights etc. Then you have amazing variety of wing sauces, appetizers and sides. Great local spot!
First time going to this location.wifey n I both agree.Food and staff were amazing. Hot fresh delicious wings very good flavor. Friendly staff and of course they have trivia night, music, karaoke, sports on multiple televisions. A nice size bar and pool tables. Great spot to eat drink and relax.Keep up great work 4 thumbs up 5 stars.
This would have been the second time my family has gotten food from this establishment. The first time we went in was a few months ago, and we were overtaken by the smell of marijuana. This time we didn’t order in the order came out incorrect. I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone on the phone for over 30 minutes. For the past 20 minutes I have been getting jerked around via text message telling me they will have someone reach out to me. All I wanna do is get my food corrected and eat. And apparently I’m not able to get that done. Now I find out that the text message system that responds doesn’t actually have a way to reach the place to have someone actually contact you to correct the order!!
COMPLETE FAILURE! I had to drive all the way back in the rain to speak to someone to get the order corrected.
Wings and wedges were great! Karaoke was fun! Service was a bit slow, but understandable, being that it was kind of packed in there. Love your wing special on Mondays!
Steff was amazing, polite, knowledgeable and fun. Wings ,fries and onion rings were DEFINITELY way, WAAAAY, way, overcooked. I won't order any of the 3 ever again. Can't judge the rest on those 3 items.
I ordered pickup after I got off work Friday and ordered the X-hot, extra crispy and “Kelly” style combo. Whoever tossed these beauts up on 1/12/24 at 3:40 in the kitchen that day djd a BOMB job. ???? reinstated my love for Wing King.
