The customer service is always good here. We almost always get the wings. Good variety of flavors, cooked just right, and not super tiny like other places. They serve Mexican food too.

Visiting family and ordered yestrday because i heard they had the best wings but was let down. I ordered for delivery and the wings were massive which as nice, and the service was exceptional but my rice was missing from the order and the wings/fries tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a while.
We get wings here VERY often. Today I decided to order wings. Totalling $108 before you tax. I then was told a total of $128. After going to the website and putting in the order I just called in to see the price breakdown.... THERE IT WAS automatic gratuity added. For a PICK UP ORDER. Tip totalled to over $11. When I called to ask about this, the woman who answered stated that gratuity is added to ALL orders and that it says it on the menu. Well, on the website, other than at check out, and you see the GRATUITY added, nowhere did I see where it said automatic gratuity would be added to all orders. Then, I went to the reviews on Google with pictures, and still no fine print at the bottom of the menu stating gratuity is added to ALL orders.
I leave great reviews, so obviously, this was much deserved. So, when ordering food from here, please be sure to check your MANDATORY tip.
Clean establishment. Ordered my wings via phone and the wait was expected but not too bad!
The person at the counter was super nice! I had the garlic wings fried extra hard with xtra butter sauce….it was some of the best wings i tasted in a long time! Will try it again while visiting Georgia!!
I've never had bad food from wing-it. I'm tired of baby chicken wings and inconsistencies from most wing places. I go here because the wings are the size they should be. They haven't disappointed me yet. But I'll let you know if they do. Good wings again today. I ordered extra hot. They weren't much more hot than regular hot. I'm sad that prices went up, but that's everywhere.
The wings are humongous, like they are the wings of a Pterodactyl. The mild hot sauce is bland and the barbeque sauce was to sweet to eat. 1 star quality.
Normally good. Got garbage wings with little seasoning. Asked them to fix it, they were very rude. As I do love their wings, I tried again. Hopefully it's good. I asked about the last experience, and got the BS answer of we strive to do our best. Asked them on what they plan to fix it, they ignore me and 'we strive to fix it' (without fixing it)

I ordered a 10 piece wing meal plain. The wings are nasty the fries are nasty and overpriced.
