Was a little surprised at the variety on the menu because of the name . Wings were really good . There sauces are unique but tasty. Services was better then expected and the food came out fresh and hot.
Wings are pretty good, both traditional and boneless. Plenty of seating. Customer service was fine. Wait time wasn't bad and I feel like everything is made when you order. Lots of fried foods to eat too like egg rolls, fried mushrooms, corn nuggets, etc. We will be back.
Went here for takeout since Wingstop is temporarily closed.
Young lady who took the order was very pleasant and capable.
Wings are great, if a bit small. Mild is hotter than Wingstop's mild. WMD wings are very hot. My husband, who can never get stuff hot enough, was impressed. Also ordered Chili n lime and my son said they were good.
However, the sides are disappointing. Onion rings were rubbery and tasted like they were cooked in the wing oil or old oil, french fries were undercooked, Cole slaw was runny and a strange color. Bleu cheese dip was runny and a bit vinegary.
If you just want wings, it's a good place to go.
We probably won't return once Wingstop reopens.
The wings and salads are really good. They need to chop the onions smaller. The fries are overseasoned. The food takes almost 30 minutes every time. The Chicago dog is completely wrong. It's supposed to be a poppy seed bun, a pickle spear, mustard, tomato, mustard. I received a plan bun, a spear, hot cucumbers and mustard. Who tf puts cucumbers on a hot dog. I give atmosphere a low because the chairs are partly painted and the booths have holed in the seat.
am a huge foodie. Love all cultures of food, and go out to eat at least three times a week every week. One of my pet peeves is when a place closes early. I walked into wing factory at 7:20pm. It was empty. Never a good sign. The owner yelled across the room and asked do you have a pick up. I loved the immediate acknowledgement but stull don't think it is appropriate to yell across the room empty or not. He said they close at 7:30. This is way to early to close. I asked why and he did give me a good answer. Hard to find employees. I asked why is that an issue in Tucson as it is not the case in most of the test of america. From there I can tell that he was racist because he stated that mexicans are being shot. This is true and an unfortunate case which needs an immediate resolution. However as a business owner you have to find ways to reach out and find solutions. Safety is number one. Customer Service is number two in successful business. This location does not have it. In my opinion the best tasting wings and great customer service goes to magpies. Please do not give a place like this that is clearly racist and does not pit customer service first. A correct response from an owner should be. I am so sorry we are closing early due to staffing and would like to extend our service to you in the future. They do not do this. They have lost true customer service.
I love this place me and my fiance have date night here. The Other day I was there and I had to mix up with my order. And they fixed it for me, no problem.
Place is a hidden gem the menu is NeverEnding almost food arrives hot owner or manager is extremely nice. Also they have great deals on Wednesdays Thursdays. I definitely support mom and pop shops that actually care for their customers.
It's like they don't care what there giving out..dry/disgusting wings..they look old..they don't even have good flavor..like I said..it's like they don't care what they are serving..just getting your money..get your wings at Marcos..or else where. It's ridiculous..trying to support this business..when they give you nasty food.
